Great tour. Very informative. Would recommend.

Took my dad and his brother on stadium tour which they loved. We had dinner at club as well. Looked after from start to finish great credit to the club. Food was out of this world and the tour was AMAZING.

A great informative tour with friendly guides. Well recommended for any Celtic fan or indeed anyone who is interested in football.

Went on the stadium tour and dinner yesterday. The guide on the tour was brilliant and very knowledgeable.
What a fantastic day, and great food at the end.

Absolutely loved my tour of the park took my son and youngest daughter and my sons friend had a great time. The guy who took us on our tour was great explained everything with great detail I done this tour before wen I was just 12 that was 22 years ago with my dad and I loved it then even better now that I get to take my own son and daughter and let them get to experience paradise what an amazing day for any celtic fan out there if you haven't had the chance to do it then definitely do it.

was at celtic park at the morton game in the away end, took a peak to the right and saw jay beattie fully unclothed when celtic were awrded an unfair penalty... the celtic fans loved it aswell, BEASTS!

Went to the tour as a 50th birthday present then on for a meal in the Number 7 restaurant, amazing day, listening to the stories about this fabulous club never gets boring, great to see all the trophies and the European cup just caps it off, the meal in the restaurant was fabulous, “more than just a club”

Just walking in the footsteps of legends of the past and present and the tour guide was a fountain of knowledge on the history of the club one ticked off the bucket list 🍀👍

Embarrassing

Took my dad on the tour yesterday, was first class. Has pre ordered a wheelchair as his mobility wasn't great and the staff were so helpful allowing me to take down to superstore car park ahead of tour. My dad's been a fan for over 50 years and never been inside the main area, only ever been at games. He was very impressed and the guide also a Mr Kelly was very informative. When he found out my dad had been in Lisbon he included that in the tour and shook his hand. Lovely gesture. As we were in wheelchair couldn't go down the tunnel but two other staff took us around pitch side so as not to miss out they were also delighted and amazed as they talked to my dad about his time in Lisbon. You've made my 75 year old dad's day. Thank you 💚

Took the tour of the ground today fantastic highly recommend the tour guides Tom &Des were informative knowledgeable the history and trophies were amazing as is the ground excellent and not to be missed

From start to finish the club was unbelievable to deal with

They looked after me and my son and on top of that they have a Fan's Liaison Officer called John Paul (JP for short) who responds quickly and efficiently with some unbelievable support and supplies you with every possible answer to any queries you may have all in all fantastic

On top of that stadium is beautiful and the staff (Appart from the police and stewards) are amazing always at hand to help with advice etc can not fault them

I’ve been trying to contact Celtic fc for an Easter Booking and I’m not at £8 in calls without actually speaking to an advisor is this the norm?

I’m contacting you on this platform as a last resort. I’ve phoned numerous times now to be kept on a queue in position 1 for just over 5 mins each time to be told I’m sorry we are now unavailable and get hung up on. This is all to an additional cost to myself which I feel isn’t great and up too over £5 now!!!
I am contacting you as I’ve booked my son on a Easter training school and am looking my to change venues. This request was by email last week and I sent a chaser to see if you had any update. Still today over 5 phone-calls and 2 emails I’ve still not had any joy speaking with someone.
As someone who comes from a family who are all season book holders and having told them the situation they are utterly flabbergasted at his customer service is this the norm? Can you help as I now feel I want to cancel and get my money back

Fantastic tour, a last minute booking whilst in Glasgow & learnt so much about the club’s routes from a very informative guide, Mathew. Highly recommend.

Had a lovely birthday dinner at Celtic park during the week.

Food was amazing and so nice overlooking the pitch.

Staff very friendly and attentive

Brilliant experience at Celtic park recently. Superstore staff are friendly and chatty, match day was good but only criticism is, not enough stewards on the up tiers to help with seat assistance. Many supporters stood as they could not locate their seats, plan is a bit vague.

I've been investing over £1000 per year since 2003 in CFC (i.e. via my season tickets) and a lot of my time and faith in the club since the 1960's. Initially, there was some return on investment (ROI) - I got a lot of pleasure during the 60's and 70's and during Martin O'Neill's time as manager watching the team. More or less consistently since then, excluding a few good spells under Strachan and Lennon, the ROI has deteriorated. I pay my money to be disappointed. There are always going to be ups and downs so true supporters hold out in hope for an upturn in fortunes, but the upturn has to be borne out of good management strategy and competence. The latter has been notably absent for years under Lawell and co who have been more interested in the business than the team, not understanding that the team IS the business and that they should be strong supporters of the team like the rest of us. Now, after the farce against the Danish amateurs last night, it has reached the point where I need to question totally the competence of the management. Not the players - they can only do what they are skilled at (or otherwise). The Board and management is clearly useless, as their performances and results show. The deficiencies in the club and team have been there for all to see for years, but the management have done absolutely nothing to address them. So, why is it that they are still holding down their positions? In any other organisation they would have been sacked. The only possible answer is that football clubs are not the same as other companies that depend on their performance alone to survive. They can survive on the blind faith of the loyal supporters who see past the poor management and think of the club. We, the season ticket holders, are therefore not holding them to account, and until we do the shockingly deficient management will continue to take our money, line their pockets, and spew out the usual nonsense about CFC being a well run club. This has to end. I would like a proper explanation about how my season ticket money is being used to improve this catastrophically bad team - and yes, Ange, they are "catastrophically" bad. Otherwise, like many other supporters, and after lengthy consideration of this matter, I won't be "investing" next year, or any other year.
