I had no problems the order was fine. Mailing time was fine and the merch was fine as well. I will buy from this company again.

Great deal on a wallet case and screen protector—even came with a free car charger! Easy ordering, fast delivery, no issues at all.

They have great pricing on their product line HOWEVER my order total was increased about 50% AFTER i submitted my order. My order was for $28.77 and they charged me $15.42 shipping.

They do not show u on the order screen what your shipping fee will cost you until AFTER you confirm/submit your order. This should be illegal. They should have to tell you before you submit your order how much shipping is on the screen when you are confirming your order!
UPDATE:
I received an email back from the company saying it was possible that a shipping cost "Apply" button was missed on the Checkout Page. i didn't see one, and i still think it should show automatically in some step before the submission page. The representative refunded half my shipping fee which is super appreciated but i hope that they fix the way their order screens are presented and processed from a consumers point of view.

They take long to respond and I ordered two cases and received only one. They charge you 5 dollars to chat with an agent in their page.

Paid for glass screen protectors and they send cheap plastic proctectors. Don’t respond with customer service for correct product ordered.

They hide the shipping charges, send the incorrect item, took them 5 days to even send it, having my money for 5 days and then want you to go thru their hoops, sending pictures, etc...never again....AND bombard you with sales emails you never signed up for

I was looking for a cell phone dashboard mount and found the company on Google. The one I ordered, I had trouble putting one of the pieces together. I let them know and one of their reps sent me a video on how to do it and it worked. Unfortunately, it was too tall for my dashboard. I emailed them about how to return it and they said there was no need to return it. I ordered another one and it came with a part missing. I again let them know. Anette sent me a link for 2 other mounts and I bought one of them. I can't wait to use it because it looks like it's going to be perfect for what I need. I asked how to return the other one and was told there was no need to return it. Their selection is great, the prices are very reasonable and their customer service (Anette) are so nice, kind, accommodating and especially patient :-) I recommend the company to anybody looking for good products.

They gave me a coupon code but there's no place to enter it at checkout. Does not show you shipping charges until AFTER you've clicked the process button. I cancelled immediately but they haven't replied to my emails, will probably have to file fraud charges at my bank to get my money back.

Incredibly slow shipping. I was sent a notice that my item was ready for shipping, 2 weeks ago. It still hasn't been shipped. As a matter of fact, now I'm reminded that I had the exact same problem last time I ordered something from them. Never again.

Well, despite a barrage of marketing emails from the company from which I had to unsubscribe, the glass screen protector for my Samsung a32 was well-made, reasonably priced, and promptly delivered. I did not have occasion to test their customer support. Cellular Outfitter selects the best specialized products,
so we can buy with confidence.

Cellular Outfitters has NO concept of customer service. Email after email has been sent - no resolution. This is the 2nd (and LAST) time I order from this shoddy company. They offer NO customer service number to speak to a person and every time one of their representatives respond to your email, its a different rep. No consistency, no protocol. NO BUENO!!!!! Do NOT buy from them!!!!!

I ordered 1/31/22 they debited my account on 2/2 it arrived at upstairs 2/5 253 pm it is still there 2/19 . I emailed cellular all they said was ups had it. I email again asking for a refund 1 week later no response. SOLUTION I filed stop payment they refunded my money problem solved NEVER USE THIS COMPANY Annette said this is an internet company no phone number

Worst company ever.. Ordered a case that said 3-6 business days and now going on a month with no case garbage!!!

Shipping charges show at the end, AFTER you place the order and they charge high. So. any discount you got is lost when they off set with very high shipping charges. Not worth it. Prices seem cheap but not after you add shipping charges.

I would have rated it no stars if I could. I sent away for an iPhone case. First, it took several weeks to have the post office erroneously scan it as shipped when it wasn’t. And since it never arrived, I asked for them to send me another one (“another” is a bad word for this because it indicates that there was ever a FIRST one when there wasn’t). Now they’re saying as a “one time good faith gesture” that they’re mailing me another one (there goes that word again) and it hasn’t arrived EITHER. I should have read the reviews and just bought something from Walmart and had my purchase backed up at least.

Had just what I was looking for and were very good about explaining the shipping cost, which I disputed.

I have used Cellular Outfitters for several years to purchase covers for mine and my husband's cell phones. Ordering is easy, prices are excellent, and quality is great! Everything I have purchased comes in a timely manner and is as described. Will continue doing business with them.
