Much the same as other reviews, placed an order no indication not in stock, chased and told was coming in stock the following week, a week later no update so called manufacturer who advised not due in for at least 6 weeks, promised a refund over a week later still no refund have raised as a scam purchase

I ordered 6 items from this site on the 18th dec and a till haven’t received them. I’ve sent 3 emails and have phoned numerous times and I get no answer. When I look on order history it now says no order has been made in 24 month yet I have a receipt and my order number for the items I paid for. They are thieves, scammers, DO NOT order from this site.

(3 word app shippers.alarm.mild.)He is from Liverpool now living in a place called Llansannan.The locals were very helpful. Ive only given one star as i have to. It would be nothing. I ordered 6 weeks ago. I have emailed every day. Nothing... not heard a thing from them. Never again.....

Wish I would have read the reviews before ordering from them. Terrible customer service, or should I say not existent, nobody responding to emails, have ordered quite a few items, but the size of delivery wouldn’t be that big, received 2 different deliveries and still missing third of the order and the second delivery was after long hassle through paypal
Just waste of money and the time to chase after
Also puppy Kong treat paste was off as came out as a liquid
So overall waste of money and avoid ordering from them

Absolute joke of a company, ordered Xmas present jacket, after a week sent wrong size, emailed no reply, called no answer. Don't waste your time or money, dog sh.ite customer service and avoid at all cost. Only found out the massive negative reviews after ordering, lesson learned.

They emailed me to say the item is "unavailable" and I have been refunded, but they are still selling the same item on their website today so I'm guessing they don't actually have any of the stock listed but just try to get hold of it after taking people's money. I have not heard anything from Paypal yet about my refund and looking at the other reviews here this is a bit worrying.

Very happy with the service. Bought a game bag at a very competitive price and it arrived safely in good time. I was kept well informed by emails on the order processing. Would buy again.

I placed an order on 28/09 for a Stubbs multi hook (which admittedly does say made to order) plus some smaller items, hoof picks, plaiting thread. I had an order acknowledgment on 05/10 but nothing since. Phone line doesn’t work, no reply to my emails.

Very poor customer service. Save your money and buy from a decent company, they don't reply to online messages, answerphone messages or in writing. The answerphone is in Welsh, I don't speak it, so the woman could be telling you to get stuffed????. I should have read the reviews first.

Received product yesterday. Satisfied with the product. Criticism was for total lack of response to email asking for an update on the order. In this case they fulfilled their commitment but I would recommend payment made by protected means.

This company is a scam! They take your payment details but do not send you any goods. They don't answer the phone, voice messages or emails. DO NOT USE

Do not order from this company! I ordered a stain glass craft kit and the money was taken immediately. 7 months on, numerous emails and phone calls but no response. Thieves!!!!!!!!!

I placed an order which never arrived.
I sent several emails which were never answered. I left a voice message on their never answered telephone & got no response.
Money lost, no goods received & communications ignored - dirty thieving bandits May as well have put their hand in my pocket & stolen my money!

I have been trying to get in touch with the company regarding an order last February. They have not responded to several emails, after 3 weeks I wanted to cancel the order. Then some guy named Andrew finally shipped the product. They send me a wrong, cheaper and crappier product, after complaining they did not responded to my emails in almost 2 weeks, a phone call with Andrew assured me that it will be solved. Unfortunately, I must assume that after 2 weeks of calling and mailing this is deliberately stealing from a customer.

I ordered 3 bags of pigeon food on the 16/11/21, by the 16th December I still had not received the feed. despite many emails all I kept getting was "I'll check the warehouse and it was a special order". but still nothing arrived. on the 20/12/21 I placed a complaint in PayPal and then I managed to get a refund. however on the 10/1/22 I received the three bags of feed. I have tried to contact Horse and Hoof to ask them to collect the bags but they have blocked me from the contacts. Be carful when purchasing from this company.

I have been trying to get in touch with This comapny regarding an order from November 4th. They claim it was shipped, but I have not received either the tracking number or the package. They have not responded to emails in almost 2 weeks and when I called them 3 days ago, they would return to me the same day with a reply, but I still have not heard from them and they do not pick up the phone now. However, they were extremely quick to withdraw the money from my card. Unfortunately, I must assume that this is not a legitimate business? I will give it one last try and write here, Hopefully the company will contact me so we can resolve the matter
