Worst experience
Really bad experience. Placed an order the money was taken out of my bank. They then advised they have not received the payment. Then sent an email screenshot showing they have taken the payment. Then another 3 phonecalls for them to send this to their accounts department.still no refund yet.

Worst company ever!
Worst company ever!
This company still owes me just over £57 in goods ordered, and never received.
Instead I received an insulting email, repramanding me for enquiring after my goods, then silence.
If I could this company would not received any stars from me, but to write a review, one must rate the company.
Horrible company, horrible service!

After reviewing the chat logs, we have found that a refund was processed for your order. It usually takes 3-7 working days (depending on bank) for the refund to show up on your bank statement.
