Ordered a dress from this company 17th July still no dress, requested a refund twice no reply. Emailed the company excuse after excuse. Do not order from this company worst experience ever.

Awful company. Do not use!! Based in China, delivery slow. £30 postage to return the item for a refund and they now are not responding to emails for an update. Do not even waste your time or money on this company

I ordered a dress for my daughter wedding four weeks ago , I haven't received any order , they took the money and didn't send anything to me , I have been scammed bed and don't normally order on line , but my husband said it looks like a real buy. Omg was we wrong , Everytime we email them we either get told to be patient or the email disappears. Trading standards are going to be getting a call . These are scamming bastards who deserve to go to jail taking peoples money who have worked hard for . So I suggest you stop what your doing or go to jail take your pick . You scamming horrible non humans

I ordered a handbag in April. It’s still ongoing. They are saying I didn’t order it but they have taken £54 from my bank account! I’ve sent proof of the order, their order no and the order they sent me and a copy from my bank showing they took the money. I’ve emailed them over 25 times and I’ve had every excuse going! Now, they are saying they can’t find an order from me? Scammers! Don’t order from them!

I ordered the dress on Sunday, I looked for my order confirmation a day later, no sign of it, checked bank funds had been paid. I have spent 3 days trying to get in contact with the company. Do not buy from this company. I have been in touch with bank to claim money back, next stop is trading standards.

This is not a UK based company like suggested, goods are not produced in the UK like suggested and doesn't take 3-5 days to arrive like suggested. Goods came from China, my dress was wrapped up in an envelope smaller than A4 paper. Tried to make contact for a return (no hassle returns)! To be offered 10% refund and keep the dress, I said no thanks, 3 times I've asked for the return form to be giving an address in China and now all of a sudden my emails can't reach the address..
