Do not buy from this company. I placed an order on the 15 June and was told 3 day delivery still not had it after been promised delivery 3 other times after.
Rude customer service and very unprofessional. Still not had the product.

Jahshaka we appreciate your frustration and feel the same way but some of our wholesalers keep putting the import dates back owing to shipping and customs delay. Where ever you go you may incur this problem, it was definitely not from misinformation by our side.

This company is extremely poor. Don’t waste your time & money
This company is extremely poor. Their product dimensions on their website are complete garbage. Their internal product size dimensions are larger than their external dimensions. This is physically impossible.
Avoid them like the plague. It will cost you more money than the product itself.
Their reply is complete bull and th don’t give a dam and they are too lazy to correct their website

Thank you for taking the time to share your view however the measurements and diagram on our site are exactly the same as the importer's. I have passed your feed back onto them as there isn't an obvious mistake.
We take great care in ensuring this type of error never occurs, however it's not unknown for manufacturers to update their products and not inform wholesalers of their upgrades. Owing to our volume of sales we generally get informed of changes and immediately update our website.
Great customer service
John was very helpful, prompt in replying to my queries and very knowledgeable and honest about the products making sure that we were purchasing the right item for our kitchen.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS BECAUSE IT WILL COST YOU EVERYTHING!
This is honestly the worst company I have ever had to deal with for so many reasons;
1. AFTER you have bought your item they ask you to sign a very badly formed letter washing their hands of your item after it is customised.
2. I returned a very expensive fridge which only had it's original cardboard box missing in which they deducted me £450!!!
3. It has been nearly 3 weeks and I still do not have my refund, I have a 11 email chain with a lady called Maria who is now ignoring me about my refund. The fridge has been back at the supplier for over a week and no refund has been given
4. They avoid your calls at all costs and give excuse after excuse as to why you don't have your item or refund.
5. The website states 3-5 delivery but I added a custom logo, I had to chase 4 times over 4 WEEKS to get an ETA on delivery.
THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE!!

Rachael thank you for taking the time to share your experience and appreciate your frustration, however we cannot issue the refund until the item has been returned and checked by the importer or manufacturer. We have been chasing for you and pleased to say it's now been done. On another note with restocking fees we get charged these and pass them on. This is a perfect oppportunity for us to share terms where costss can be incurred so other potential customers are aware of them. We don't hide them and all our competitors have very similar terms.
CHS Ltd aims to offer the lowest prices with quick professional telephone support, we’re constantly checking competitor’s prices, so you don’t have to thereby ensuring you get commercial quality products for the best prices! Like our competitors we are a business-to-business website and consumer rights do not apply as you are trading under business terms. We hold stock of a number of items but also ship from manufacturers and importers whom themselves and their delivery companies will pass any costs caused by our customer’s error back to us. To provide you the best possible price, we cannot absorb any additional charges passed on to us; to remain the cheapest if the error is due to our customers, we have no alternative but to pass these costs back. Understandably some people are unaware of business trading and can get frustrated even though we are very transparent with our terms. To avoid these issues arising on purchasing we send emails highlighting the points where additional charges can be incurred. We offer good customer service but work within the boundaries below, please be aware of the following areas where additional costs can be incurred.
1) Aborted deliveries for large items like fridges and ovens; please ensure you’re there for the delivery and a large lorry can get to your premises.
2) Engineers called to your site and the issue is not covered under warranty (e.g. like a faulty fuse). The manufacturer will send us the invoice for work outside the warranty, we will request a fully refundable deposit prior to authorising the engineer. This is refunded in full when the manufacturer confirms the repairs were undertaken under warranty.
3) Most companies require damage in-transit to be reported within 24 hours. To help support your situation please take plenty of photographs of the damaged box with the delivery driver, if possible. Sign the note as damaged if you accept it.
4) With re-stocking we do not cover the return postage and will not pay for your re-stocking fees if imposed by the manufacturers or importer.
5) If you have a back to base warranty you’ll need to cover the postage and we will act as the messenger between yourselves and the manufacturer. They may not cover misuse like scale in a water boiler when a filter should have been used.
6) Some manufacturers may not accept back any item that has been used or is not in the original packaging.
The points above can understandably be contentious for people unaware of standard business terms and we’re pleased to make customers aware of these situations to minimise them occurring in future. We are a fair company who’ll not change our terms for customers who are abusive, repetitive or threaten to post public reviews. If you want the best prices in the industry and great customer service whilst working within these boundaries we are a great company to trade with. When shopping elsewhere within our industry please be aware all our competitors have very similar terms.

Avoid - unable to fix any issues
I ordered a bar cooler on the understanding I needed delivery on a certain date. Confirmed it was in stock, got 2 confirmation emails. Day of delivery comes and goes. Customer service conveniently all go home before the delivery cut off time so you have to wait to the next day to speak to them. Contacted "customer service" to find out what happened as my bar opening was dependent upon this fridge arriving. They didn't ship the fridge because the wine shelf I also ordered was out of stock - crazy especially when I had 2 delivery confirmation emails. They re arranged the delivery to Thursday - then I got an email saying the fridge was now out of stock - agreed to change to a hinged door version in order to get it delivered. Contact on Wednesday to confirm it's all set for Thursday delivery.. Confirmed! Thursday comes and goes - no delivery. Now I'm properly annoyed. Friday I get emails from customer service saying there was a "system error" and the order didn't print at the supplier. Right, sure! Friday I tell them what I need and that they need to sort it out. 5.30 comes around and I have had no confirmation of any plan of action so I send another email. This isn't picked up until Monday morning. In parallel I am making alternative arrangements as I no longer trust this company to deliver. I tell them one last time that I want action. I get a non committal response so I go ahead and cancel my order. They then come back to plea that they had arranged the delivery for the following day. Too late I'm afraid. But they were not finished with me. They came back and said that they had not been able to fix it because I didn't chase them until 17.42 on Friday and they didn't see the email until Monday morning. So it was my fault and not because they had done nothing all day. If you are lucky enough to order something in stock, you have no particular delivery expectations and you have no "system errors" you may be ok. But if there are any challenges, they seem unable to help you. Wasted several days on this company getting absolutely nowhere. Avoid

Worst company to order anything from if…
Worst company to order anything from if you need it urgently. Placed order 2 weeks ago and website said it was 3 day delivery. No sign of delivery after 4 days so called them. Kept being put on hold then cut off. Finally got email saying "delivery for the unit will be on..." But again no delivery on that date. Called again and was told that "will be" actually ment estimated but it was coming that day. Again no delivery, called again the next day and was told they couldn't book it in so it would be the day after. Still not recieved our goods 11 days on but I have been told it will come tomorrow.......
