When things go wrong it really shows how good a company are with customer care. 2 deliveries of damaged goods and boy did a rocket get us the 3rd and thankfully undamaged item to us in superquick time. Have signed up for an account and have just bought another item. Thank you Jim.

Absolute joke of a company
Absolute joke of a company, send the wrong part that won’t fit, that’s my fault. The part got dumped in the car park upon delivery and damaged and that’s my fault. Also I have to pay for restocking even though the part was sent in error by them…their words, “no one told you it was the right part” even though they guided me to the part number and sent a part twice the size but that’s my fault apparently. Outrageous.

We would never recommend a part which is not compatible. Had you contacted us we would have been able to liaise directly with our suppliers to ensure the part ordered was correct.
I can see we organised a return for the item as well as a partial refund, in line with our terms and conditions. Restocking fees, as you know, are unavoidable and imposed by our suppliers
We appreciate your custom and did everything we could to put the mistake right.

Prompt service and competitive pricing
I always receive a very prompt and professional service and on this occasion it was the same. This is the reason I choose the Catering Appliance Superstore as I know I'm going to get fair and competitive pricing, plus excellent customer service. Louise was again the person who helped me and she was great.

Terrible delivery experience. Don’t want to help just take more of your money!
Customer service is awful. On delivery the drivers then refused to take the stairs as they said it was a 4 man job even after we stated there was stairs the day before. We said to the driver no problem leave it downstairs they insisted no it’s not a problem someone will come back next day and bring up the stairs so we agreed next day was fine. We then get a call from the company saying it’s a fee or £300 to bring 4 man out or even if we want it re delivered downstairs we have to now pay a extra fee of £100. Ridiculous company and customer service was no help just want the money or no help

We are sorry to hear of your experience but would like to confirm as specified in our Terms and Conditions on our website (which are industry standard) that delivery is kerbside only, unless prior arrangements have been made.
The delivery person/driver may at his/her discretion assist with delivering the goods to a location within the premises nominated by the customer, at the customers sole risk.
Any specific arrangements or agreements made with delivery personnel are at your own discretion and out of our control.

I emailed Jemma with a list of items for quoting to refurbish a commercial kitchen. Within 1 hour she came back with a competitive quote and we are now waiting on our client to make the choice. I would be happy to recommend Jemma she was very pleasant and did as I asked swiftly. 👏🏼👏🏼
