Sadly no Thai people work here anymore.
Used to be excellent but not any more
The massage girls do not have massage in their D&A.
This is not a Thai massage any more in my opinion , and should be named Caslte Masage.
I would like to add, that my husband had the non Thai staff and they were beyond terrible.
I find from personal experience that there is a direct correlation between having a Thai national and a non Thai in the quality of the massage.

It was my 4th visit and was excellent!
I had a Thai hot oil massage with Joanna which was perfect. The new beds are very comfy and warm!
Will highly recommend and will be back soon!

Amazing experience from start to finish. Was given a friendly welcome, felt comfortable the whole time, great atmosphere and service was phenomenal. Lady worked on my shoulder which had a knot in it and gave me aftercare advice. I also had a body scrub which has left my skin feeling smooth and glowing. Centrally located in Edinburgh so easy to get to but also quiet and peaceful as soon as you shut the door. Have recommended this spa to everyone already... Thank you

It was a very relaxing atmosphere and the massage therapist was very skilled. After my 30 min treatment my back pain was gone and my back was flexible again. Will be going for a 1h treatment next time. Highly recommended

Best massage I've ever had!!!! Perfect pressure and first time I've really felt a massage has done me the world of good. I was delighted that she cracked my back :) I felt stretched and taller by the end of the session.

I had a wonderful traditionl Thai massage at Castle Thai Spa. I felt very relaxed, stretched - and taller! - by the time I left. I hadn't realised quite how stiff and tired my muscles were, but my lovely therapist worked absolute wonders! I definitely preferred it to the oil assage (unusual for me) and going on a Sunday was a good idea as the spa, which is very popular, was quite quiet so there was no noise from guests who were leaving. I highly recommend the traditional Thai massage as well as Castle Thai Spa which is a gorgeous and relaxing environment. I can't wait to go back to Edinburgh, just to book in again! I’ve been a few times now for the Thai oil massage and it is always excellent. The staff are friendly and the spa is very relaxing, would highly recommend.

I try and fit a massage in every couple of months at Castle Thai Spa and I've never yet had a bad experience, or poor massage. I also love the fact that you can book and pay online.

Was one of the best experiences I have had, the massage was 10/10 along with the service. The shop was so relaxing and welcoming and the smell was incredible. I felt so relaxed afterwards. I would recommend Thai spa to anyone and will definitely be visiting again.

I've been to Castle Thai Spa for a massage many times already and always want to come back. I have been to other places in Edinburgh too but Castle Thai' therapists stand out by their ability to feel the needs of your back, to work on your problematic areas and to make you feel so much better afterwards (it often hurts but no pain no gain!). In addition to this, everyone in Castle Thai is very friendly and welcoming and the atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing.

Amazing massage, left totally relaxed, just what I was looking for to compensate for getting back to the UK after a recent holiday in Thailand. Lovely Spa hidden away in the centre of Edinburgh!

Good deep massage tailored to my sports aches and pains. Although the trance doorway is somewhat bland, the reception and treatment rooms are beautiful. Very tranquil and relaxing. Nice cup of green tea at the end to help you back to normality!
