X Box One Package
Where do l start first no lead to the computer then sent a wire controller which did not work then sent lead and another controller which was wired not wireless which was showed in the picture when l sent for it , but was very helpful but sending wrong controllers didn’t help as l said on the phone the first one didn’t work and you said put a battery in which you couldn’t as it was wired but didn’t work then sent another wired one which l asked for the wireless one what was in the photo at the beginning oh they rung me up to say they couldn’t that controller but said they had sent a replacement which was wired which was not the one in picture and didn’t say it was wired and then it didn’t work
