The item U advertised was different…

The item U advertised was different than item that came in were kind of 2 different things. It was a less quality case than what Otterbox is known for.

Excellent customer service

This is a shoutout specifically to the customer support agent Anna; when my phone case was delivered, I discovered that it was slightly the wrong size! After sharing photos of the phone case and my phone, as well as checking the original phone listing, we were able to determine that the size of my phone was slightly off from what was expected. Anna was a champion throughout the process and helped me find a new phone case that should actually fit. If I have any more trouble at all going forward (and I doubt I will), I am certain she'll be able to help me get things sorted!

Case was switched after order placed

I am 100% positive that I ordered the correct cases for my two kids' phones. One case was switched after I placed the order and I couldn't fix it. Now I have to return the wrong case and wait to get the right one back. Irritating because the wrong case was a Christmas gift that arrived after Christmas, and didn't fit my son's phone!

It took FOREVER to receive my order (3 weeks). After encountering a problem, they refused to accept a return.

Regarding the return request, because this item is custom made to order, it falls outside our return eligibility, as outlined in our return policy. This policy is in place due to the nature of handmade production and is applied consistently to all such orders.

I mostly take issue with the time frame…

I mostly take issue with the time frame to receive my order. I think 2 weeks to receive an order is excessive (7 days to confirm and ship & 7 to receive). I was informed of the timeframe after I inquired 5 days after order placed & that it was on the site, I just wasn’t aware prior to ordering. The product is as expected aha so far works and looks fine. I just take issue with the time from order to delivery.
