Bought a car from Jake at Cars of Somerset, could not fault the car, the service and the communication.
Travelled down from Manchester and everything was as described, the transaction was easy and straight forward and I drove away same day.
Would recommend to anyone looking for a performance car at a good price.

Audi rs3
Bought an Audi RS3 from Jake back in 2024, and what can I say. Jake went above and beyond to help me buy this car, from the get go I was met with professionalism, he was easy to communicate with and sold me a fantastic car which was cheapest on the market and still hasn’t put a foot wrong. Great bloke, great business and will be back very soon! 5 star easy!

I applied for finance on an M3 Touring that was for sale from Cars of Somerset and while I was still awaiting a decision from the lender, they went ahead and sold the car to someone else. No courtesy call, no chance to secure the vehicle, nothing. Completely unprofessional and left me very disappointed. If you value transparency and good customer service, I’d look elsewhere.

We cannot hold or remove a car from sale based on a finance application alone, as unfortunately finance approvals are never guaranteed. We are always happy to give customers the opportunity to secure a vehicle with a deposit while finance is pending, which ensures it is reserved.

Unfortunately the saying goes 'Snooze you loose' and I can not go down to Lloyds Bank in my high street and ask to bank the money as Gary said so
