Tim was professional. Tim listened to what I was looking for. Tim found what I needed on the lot, brought it inside for me to look at, and allowed a test drive. After I decided to purchase the vehicle, Tim made arrangements for me to take it home with a promise to bring in a check after the weekend!

The sales person and the manager made the experience excellent. Very courteous and professional, but made me feel at home.

I was interested in purchasing a Honda Civic, and my sales associate, Adam Cho took the time to go on a drive with me, thoroughly explain the features, answer every question, and share his knowledge and expertise about the vehicle. More importantly, he genuinely wanted to make sure I felt comfortable, confident, and happy with my decision. The two vehicles I considered were both in excellent condition, and I ultimately chose the one that best fit my needs, preferences, and budget. Although I noticed a few minor interior areas that were missed during detailing before driving the car off the lot, it was very minor overall and did not take away from the excellent experience I had throughout the process.

The financing process was also surprisingly smooth and stress-free. Jordan Nip in financing was excellent -- friendly, organized, efficient, and very clear in explaining everything. I truly appreciated how straightforward and transparent the process was.

Overall, my experience with Pacific Honda exceeded my expectations in every way; very happy. It completely changed my perspective on what buying a car from a dealership can feel like.

I would not hesitate to highly recommend Adam Cho and Pacific Honda to anyone looking for a vehicle and a genuinely positive car-buying experience.

Since they don't list a zero rating I don't agree with a one star. Looking for a place for false advertising to report to the FTC, AG Office or BBB than this is the one. They are advertising 2025 Honda CRV's to make room for the 2026. There is not the first 2025 model available. They are trying to sell the 2026 only.

I do all this so I don't have to CLOG UP my real email address. I have NEVER relied on any of this sites and I NEVER will. Come 'on reviewers, GET SOME BRAIN CELLS... and USE THEM!

Love these guys. I'd been denied financing at a number of dealerships because of some past credit issues. This site has a special group of dealers who compete to get business from people like me, so the rate I got was surprisingly fair. Great experience overall.

They are just a 3rd party site that connects you to the same cars and dealers you can find with a simple Google search.... only they make you put your credit info in to see the cars and then you get a flood of dealers harassing you with a credit ding and NO way to contact them despite it being within business hours.

I saw an ad for this company and decided to give it a try. Was told I would get an answer within 24 to 48 hours and never heard anything. I even called them and was told I need to wait and get an email within 24 to 48 hours. Well today makes 98 hours and still nothing. Ran my credit, but couldn't give me any answers or emails. Waste of my time and damage to my credit.

This is by far the worst worst company and worst employees it’s just overall unprofessional sort of a scam it’s unbelievable

I applied for a car loan online and never heard back from them after releasing my personal information.

This company uses unauthorized pop ups on our computers. Non stop. Haven't been able to block or stop them. Judging by the other reviews this company is pretty underhanded. I say to run away as fast as possible
