We are very pleased overall with the whole experience of dealing with Carr Garden Buildings and the garden room they have delivered. Definitely five stars for quality of work, and responsiveness when any issues have arisen. We would wholeheartedly recommend both their product and service.

My partner and I have recently used Carr for our large garden log cabin. I could not fault their customer service, Kristina was great, very responsive, knowable and helpful. I'm also very pleased with the finished product, its of great quality and really did live up to our expectations.

We were very impressed with the service and shed quality from this firm. I had bought elsewhere before.. (a well known and advertised firm) and was very dissappointed in the slapdash way the purchased shed was made. Not this time, an excellent well made shed that went together a dream. A very happy customer!

I needed a new Summer House to replace an old shed in my garden.
I looked at various companies and decided to visit Carr Garden Buildings in Wickford.
My brother has had a Marlow Summer House for quite a few years now and it is still excellent.
I decided that I wanted a 10ft x 8ft Marlow Summer House so off I drove to Wickford to get some details and a price.
I walked into the showroom office to receive a lovely friendly welcome from Jim, Joe and Kristina.
All my questions were answered about the Summer House and the concrete base that I needed to construct to site the Summer House.
There were some discounts ongoing so I was pleased with the price.
I had a couple of trips back to the office to tie things up and put a deposit down for the Summer House.
Date was set for the delivery and build of the Summer House.
I got the Concrete base constructed and delivery/build was completed on the elected day.
The two assemblers were excellent....very quick but also very professional.
I am really pleased with the quality and look of the Summer House in my garden.
This was stress free all the way through from the first visit until the construction.
Everyone I had dealings with...... Kristina, Jim, Joe and the two lads who built the Summer House (whose names I do not know) were all very friendly and professional.
Would recommend this company and would use again in the future.

I ordered a Glendale through a garden centre. Excellent communication from the company. The two men who erected my shed were efficient and polite; all put up in one and a half hours and they cleaned up after themselves. The shed is great and enhances my garden

I went to this company on recommendation of a friend after an appalling experience elsewhere. I was able to visit the factory and see the quality of the buildings and ask Kristina a whole lot of questions. Ordering was straightforward and the drawing and specifications of my building all mailed through to me with receipt of my small deposit. Advice was given on my base and we used one of their recommended companies for its construction as he was more knowledgeable than the other condidates we chose to qoute for the work.
Email and phone contact from Kristina was exemplorary all the way through the process and I was even able to have my cabin three weeks ahead of the schedule.
The three fitters arrived on time with my cabin and built it with great care in my garden. They were a great team of guys and a credit to the company. They even had their inspector turn up to check we were happy with the build. Beautiful product made with care, great customer service, professional and organised installation team from a local company who deliver a product that is made to last.

I saw their log cabin in a friend's garden recently. It was truly impressive, beautifully made, and compared to similar I'd been researching, very well priced.

Maybe I'm jumping the gun. But so far, I've had 3 very long phone calls with the company- Kristina is amazing! - planning the shed, which is bespoke. They've sent me three drawings, talked me through the process, advised on how to approach the council, and generally been very professional, and careful.

They're putting in extra doors and windows, and I have to say I'm really very impressed indeed at the clarity, patience, transparency. It's deceptively complicated, putting in an extra building, and Carrgardenbuildings are so far, fingers crossed, really good. It's not up or built yet. So let's see!

The other company I approached was Skinners Sheds. I gave up, they were so shoddy, careless and reckless, even on the small stuff, I knew it was going to end badly.

Bought our summerhouse 11 months ago, door lock has failed twice now and on the first occasion we called Car and they sent someone straight away to replace it. Unfortunately this was not the case this time, left countless voicemails and sent countless emails over a 2 week period and got absolutely no response.
Ended up having to arrange pay for the lock to be replaced ourselves, we couldn’t even get into the summerhouse which had essential items in it.
The repair guy eventually called us after 2 weeks and had to apologise on his companies behalf for them not returning our messages! Not his fault poor fella.
It seems a good service when they sell you something but not interested after they have taken your money so do bear this in mind.

From ordering to delivery I could not fault this company. I ordered a small shed and the quality and finish are amazing, Ryan was are fitter and he was lovely and so polite he took just over an hour to get it up left no mess, even left a little pot of paint so when the wood drops I can fill in with the correct colour.
Would definitely recommend this company and whenever I need a another shed/garden house no doubt I will be using CarrGardenBuildings.

I just had an 8 x 12 shed delivered and assembled. an excellent company to deal with and very well priced. The guys that put it up took about an hour, left no mess and were very polite and friendly. I would definitely recommend them. Their waiting list is quite long due to the current circumstances. However, well worth the wait. Thanks Carr Garden buildings. Stay safe everyone.

We ordered a Windsor summer house and when ordering we asked for some specific alterations to be made in the summerhouse.,a rear door for access to the back gates of our property. Despite the fact that we did not have a site visit, ( not needed ) the drawing of the summerhouse was spot on. After a week they gave us a delivery date of the 17th November , I did check that we were on schedule a few times as had a builder doing the internal fit out booked for the day after. The Friday before the installation date they rang to confirm what time they would be here. They arrived on time and on the day as stated and had the building up in no time. The quality of the work and finish of the product is of a quality that most companies would charge more for. Overall the service we received was exceptional and we would highly recommend them to anybody
