Mass packaging
Ordered 2 x 250g of blue bons and 1 250g of rhubarb and custard Bon Bons for three different people. They all came in one sealed bag. Not ideal!!

Thanks for the feedback. Just to clarify, our standard practice is to pack multiple items together in one sealed bag to help reduce plastic usage. This is outlined on each product page and at the top of the website. If separate bags are needed, we’re always happy to do that, customers just need to let us know at the time of ordering. Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I am glad to hear you liked the sweets, but I am genuinely sorry that you felt the cost was too high for what you received.
The order you placed included our rare Frosties, which are specially sourced and custom made in smaller batches, as well as 750 grams of other sweets and 10 chew bars. Those particular Frosties cost us significantly more to bring in compared to standard sweets, which does affect the overall price of the bundle.
That said, value for money is really important to us, and if you are left disappointed then we want to learn from that. I would be happy to chat this through with you and see what we can do to make it right or recommend options that give you a stronger value feel next time.

Great sweets, I will say the black jacks were melted and were not as hard as I'd like and the minimum order is a bit too high.

Thank you for the five stars and for the honest feedback. Delighted to hear you enjoyed the sweets. I’m sorry the Black Jacks arrived softer than expected. They can sometimes soften in transit if they’re near products with higher moisture, but we’ll keep a closer eye on that so they arrive exactly how you like them.
Regarding the minimum order, we set that to cover packaging and courier costs while keeping the quality high, although we’re always reviewing it as we grow.

So the product was reduced by 60% and in the description it stated the best before date.
You may have missed this.
We weren’t aware it was for a Halloween party. However when purchased they were in date for 6 days and are perfectly fine to eat after the best before which was Halloween night.

Amazing service!
Where do I begin?! I’m so happy to have found Carolyn’s Sweets. Not only do they deliver to Italy and the EU, they have an amazing array of pick and mix sweets (all the retro favourites plus the newer more modern varieties). Their customer service skills are outstanding and Ian really went above and beyond to allow my order to take place! Everything was very well packaged and despite travelling a very long way to reach me in Turin and my sweets arrived in perfect condition. I love the very thick resealable bags they use as I know my sweets will stay fresh. I really couldn’t be happier! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Outstanding service every time
I have been a customer of Carolyn’s Sweets for many years and they always deliver a fantastic experience. I have used their photobooths, flower walls, sweet supplies and candy carts, and every service has been excellent. The customer service is exceptional and their attention to detail is second to none.
Ian always goes above and beyond to ensure everything is perfect and that every event runs smoothly. A truly reliable and professional company that I would recommend to anyone looking for quality and great service whether its a party or a wedding.
