As an acting power of attorney, I had to contact customer services direct. The man was so helpful giving clear questions and answers.well recommended.
Reply to the emergency button call has been excellent, I did have a slight problem when changing my standard equipment to digital. The lady on the telephone did not explain the situation correctly, I was not told that the annual premium would increase from £159 to £290 a year. She also stated that the £40 I paid for the new system would be deducted from my next years premium. Not true. I have spoken to your office regarding this matter and it has been dealt with in a very satisfactory manner. I have complete faith in your company that is why I have given it 5 stars. Thank you.
I realised my carelink was not working. Impossible to get through on phone line. Waited so long I gave up. Not very reassuring.
It was very easy to change , just had to change the unit, which my son did, and I returned old unit with box provided to return it, all postage free.
Very helpful staff very friendly
And most of all NOT RIPPING PENSIONERS OFF, Especially when they don’t have much money and care link is not a rip off like CARELINE IS👍🏻

The staff were very kind on the phone line. Very quick delivery easy to set up. The staff on the test call are fantastic very clear and understanding.
Gives people that care for others peace of mind
Many things. Your website is misleading - it talks of weekly plan when in effect t it’s quarterly. The message on change over to digital by customer service was confused - one person telling me by feb 25 so I’d have to change anyway! ( He was also unhelpful re explanations given payment didn’t match website. Second customer service person more helpful saying not really know when switch over to digital. However whilst saying if have WiFi ok, didn’t mention if you have probs with mobile signal. Set up instructions in box were poor as did not say what to do if no mobile signal or even that you can use WiFi. The alarm box did not pair well with WiFi until eventually tech people reset the box. The instructional email and customer service said Carelink24 service available 1 hr after customer form completed but was not available to customer service 48hrs after completion!! This is really poor as if a fall would not know emergency contacts. I only knew because we had set up problems. So service really poor. I am not impressed
Wrong set given then I had to pay more for the fibre-optic machine.
Too expensive for me and the fact that it’s this cost when you’re well aware that only pensioners and disabled will be using it is disgraceful. Taking advantage of us.

I ordered an alarm for my father who had become at risk of falls, unfortunately shortly after this he could no longer stay at home and had to go to a care home for urgent respite. I contacted CareLink and explained to them that we no longer needed the equipment and that it was still in the box it was delivered in having only just arrived the day before he went into a care home, they wanted to charge us for a key safe that was unopened and still inside the parcel. They agreed not to do that as it was still intact but still charged us £45 for admin. Just to be clear, the parcel had arrived but had never been opened. It should have been a simple thing to be able to return this one day later. To charge us £45 for that privilege and to try to charge us a further. £30 for key safe is not a good service.
Strangely, they also asked us to consider if we knew anyone else who would want a falls alarm before we sent it back?!

Care link identified a potential problem and dealt with it expeditiously, replacing equipment that could have been compromised immediately. I was very impressed particularly as I live at a distance from where the alarm is being used.

All of the equipment arrived in less than 24 hours. The staff were very patient and helpful and everything works perfectly. Couldn't ask for more 5⭐

Good response to request for a new unit this time.
Shame it didn’t happen that way back in May when we were sent out a faulty unit to replace an already failing one.

The Carelink system appears to be have taken over by some large organisation so that pressing the emergency button now connects the wearer with a central base which has to forward the call to a local unit. This results in a significant delay in any response.

Next day delivery, dont make me laugh, try 4 day delivery and your chosen delivery partner actually lied about supposed 2 delivery attempts.
