RUN! RUN! RUN! TRASH SERVICE ,DON'T USE IT

Problem #1: you need 1.5 : 2 weeks to registered , they don't ask all documonets in same time .

Problem #2: They wrote in pricing page NO HIDDEN FEES ,this is wrong they have HIDDEN FEES , i will tell you some of them :
- Fees for EU/EEA cards is 1.7% not 1.35% as he said
- They take 0.25 EUR on declined transactions !!! not only accepted transactions ! , this is only service i ever seen take fees on declined transactions ... this is mean if your client tried to add funds 4 times and his transactiond declined , you lose 1 EUR for NOTHING!
- Fees on world wide cards 3.5% + 0.25 EUR , and he didn't said that in pricing page

- PROBLEM #3: they don't accept all types of cards, 50% of transactions get decline and you pay 0.25 EUR on every declined transaction !!!!

- PROBLEM #4: when you registare they will not request for you bank details , they will request it after your payments pass 9 days , and when you give this your business bank details they will say " Your provided bank account is not suitable for us " , after i received +550$ on my cardinity account they said " Your provided bank account is not suitable for us we can't send you money on it " and i loose +550$ with them because they refused send me money on business bank account which is legal bank account and i will pay taxes on it . ( if they don't accept some banks ,they have to make list of accpeted and not accpeted banks! )

Thank you for your feedback. We are very sorry that you have experienced any inconvenience. As per our policies and agreement acts, all the information relating to pricing and fees was fully available and known to the client. If the client chose to sign up for services without having read the contract they were signing, that is the responsibility of the client.
Since our services are only provided to companies registered at EEA (this information is available on our website, and is clear during the registration, as you can only choose one of the EEA countries of residence), payouts are too only made into EEA registered bank accounts. Clients are fully informed they require EEA registered bank account, personally, as the current client was informed too.

Sorry to hear you had bad experience with us. Please understand that KYC is a long and detailed process. We might accept your business based on your industry and country, but details about your business (like processing history) may witness risk levels that are red flags. I am sorry to hear that we couldn't meet your expectations.

I am writing this review because I liked the way their customer support works. I had a problem of my payments being declined for some reason, but after emailing them I was quickly ensured that it's a problem with clients card. Really enjoyed this quick and pleasant problem solving

Une expérience totalement m*rdique. Lors de la signature du contrait ils promettent reverser chaque réserve de 10% après 180 jours. Ayant effectué des remboursements durant la période d'activité de mon site, ils ne veulent plus reverser ma réserve que après que le dernier paiement ai 180 jours. Une boite de voleurs et d'incompétents. L'interface de leur site est similaire à un site de 2005, les modalités de paiement sont bidons. Au final je dois attendre 1 an pour récupérer 5 000€ ! Dropshipper et E-Commerçant FUYEZZZZ !!! GO TO STRIPE

Very disappointed.

I applied for our business and provided all the infos they asked. Soon after they reached me out asking for more details about my business and, after I explained everything, they replied me back saying that my business is high risk and they can’t give me access to Cardinity.

We sell our own Instagram pages, created manually by our team, and our service is the main provider on the Italian market. We are only accepting PayPal at the moment because Stipe rules are more strict and don’t allow smm related business. But after we read Cardinity prohibited business list we thought we were 100% compliant with the platform but unfortunately we received a very cold mail saying that they rejected the request and there’s nothing we can do to change the result.

I know 5+ smm panel that are using cardinity and I don’t know how they got approved since their business is definitely more risky than ours.

Very disappointed.

By only checking the prohibited business list you can not be 100% sure you will be compliant. We are sorry to hear you have been dissatisfied. If our team makes a decision to decline a business, we had a reason to do so.

it's nice I was accepted as a sole…

it's nice I was accepted as a sole proprietorship and gave nice % per transaction.
Integration took bit longer than expected, but it wasn't a big deal to me.
I was satisfied with their boarding procedure

it's a scam

it's a scam! I closed my account because I did not agree with their regulations, they refuses to refund my money and tell me that it is blocked for 540 days !!! so beware of Cardinity and apparently I'm not the only one to complain

Hello, we are very sorry that you are not satisfied with Cardinity services and we wish that your experience went better. The regulations that we apply are not made by us, we have to comply with Anti Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing laws which obligate us to gather necessary information. If a merchant refuses to cooperate and asks to close their account, the funds have to be held as a reserve for a certain period of time. After that period the money will be paid out to the merchant's bank account. If a merchant decides to provide the requested information, the funds will be released immediately. Cardinity is a great payment provider

Cardinity is a great payment provider - easy to install and use (I personally use it with OpenCart), never had an issue myself or had complains from customers.
I am also happy with the % they take as they are significantly lower than other ones I checked.
Overall I am very happy with my choice :)

They have 'marketing' specialists inflating their reviews on quora and possibly here too. even a kid can recognize the attempt. speaks tons about how they operate....

we used to process with them: 60% of transactions were getting declined because issuing banks don't trust them. they have tons of rogue customers hence the banks of half the world don't trust them anymore and NEGATE the payments.

They process tons of 'borderline' stuff and when they can they'll hold your money, pretend they have sent payouts when they did not.

they have Benjamin trying to sell you that cardinity is the best of the best, he gets a big cut im sure on this low level payment processor.

Internal dashboard looks like 1995.

We are very sorry that you have experienced any inconveniences while using Cardinity services. Unfortunately, Cardinity cannot control which transactions get cancelled. The reason why the transactions get cancelled is not that the issuing banks do not trust Cardinity. The issuing banks have a number of factors/rules which help them decide whether to approve or decline a transaction. If you experience problems with declined payments, please also check your integration.

Also, Cardinity only works with online business types which are approved by Visa and MasterCard.
