Think customer relations/services could be improved,
Felt uncomfortable during template and install.

Prices were fair and template/install was done quickly.

Not disappointed but not impressed either.

Would definitely go back again, they couldn’t do enough to help. Very happy.

Lovely finish on the worktops. Would recommend Cardiff Stone

Excellent all round. Very competitive price and great customer service. Kept informed throughout the purchase.
The installation again excellent. Nothing too much trouble, quality of work and cleanliness.
I would recommend.

Great experience from start to finish. The worktops look amazing. I would highly recommend Cardiff Stone.

Where do I start. From meeting Mario and the initial sale, where he fitted us in before Christmas To the measuring and installation, followed by courtesy call after completion, I can't thank the whole team enough, for their professionalism, attention to detail and pride in their job. What a great company, really well organised and a pleasure to deal with. Many thanks. Ewen Mackenzie

Fabulous service throughout!! Kate was amazing so professional and friendly and my worktop looks amazing 👏 highly recommend 👌

Everything was done very efficiently and on time. A problem which occurred was sorted out very quickly.

We're very pleased with the result.

Excellent service and a pleasure to do business with thanks

Great prices. Very knowledgeable and very reliable. A pleasure to deal with, I thoroughly recommend them.

Superb service from start to finish. Kendal's communication and care in overseeing the project was second to none. The fitting and installation of the granite, sink, taps. hob. breakfast bar etc. was completed in record time, to a high standard. All the fitters worked well together and were polite, helpful and courteous.

Very helpful, very happy with quartz worktop chosen, have not had it fitted yet so will provide further review when complete.

Cardiff Stone extremely friendly and great advice on there products, no pressure to buy . Template / Fitting team gave extra advice on site for our kitchen .

Once your into two slabs of quartz you might as well try to use the maximum as you’ve paid for it so the total cost is the same.

Overall excellent experience .

Big thank you Cardiff Stone.

First class service was very polite and my order of stone worktop was quick and easy

Really helpful, got back to me promptly with any queries, Went out of there way to organise worktop samples to enable us to make a decision, would recommend.

Knowledgeable about their products, very helpful, did what they said they would do on budget and time, excellent quality. We couldn't have asked for more.

Very professional service, from beginning to end during a difficult Covid period. A few minor issues still to be resolved, their location is in Taff’s Well and their pricing is very competitive.

Excellent service and very responsive to what we wanted. Would definitely recommend.
