The easy communication between myself and Carbray. Vera Zimogorova and her staff, Carolina and Paula were very responsive to our questions during the VISA application process. A final quality meeting was held just before my wife and I met with the consulate to ensure all of the paperwork was in order. The meeting with the consulate only took 15 minutes as we had all of our paperwork in order and ready to submit. There were no further questions or comments and our Visa's were approved in 6 weeks. I would recommend Vera and her staff for anyone wanting to make the Visa process a little easier and less stressful.

Mi experiencia con el Bufete de Carbray es que aunque ha sido un camino largo, empece este proceso en el 2019, nunca me he sentido sola en esto. Carbray siempre me ha acompañado y contestado a todas las preguntas que hemos tenido. Cuando he visitado la oficina de Barcelona en el 2022 tanto como cuando se me han remitido las sentencias y debidos procesos de apelación han sido muy claros y cuidadosos con mi caso. I contracted Carbray to bring a medical malpractice claim against a clinic in Barcelona. I was represented by Laura, the company's Head of Litigation.

Laura showed great expertise and professionalism both in preparing my case for court and during the legal trial itself. Not only was she dealing with a legal system that can be challenging in medical malpractice cases, but also with a complex and demanding defence strategy from the opposing side.

I worked with Evelyn at Carbray International throughout 2025 to get Digital Nomad Visas for myself and my family. Evelyn understood the process top to bottom and was able to explain and guide us through every part. As a United States citizen with very limited Spanish comprehension there is no way I would have been able to do this on my own, even with all of the online guides for this process. I am very thankful for her to have guided us through all the way to a favorable resolution and beyond.

Carbrey Services was a phenomenal company to use. We wanted to get to Sevilla Spain and Magdalena was the woman who got us there. She was very attentive, was patient with us, and celebrated with us as we got our visas approved. Magdalena and her team answered all our questions, helped with translations and follow up emails. The biggest help was her writing us a cover letter that we felt helped get us a walk in appointment. Very grateful for Carbrey international for helping our dreams come true!

As a company they are not experienced or knowledgeable in the field of self employed visas, we have suffered 8 issues with Carbray, they have lost us months in the overall application process and cost us unnecessary expenditure we have to get documents done twice. The final straw for me was the ATA certificate which was only in my name, from the outset it was always my wife and I, the held the certificate from October last year until February then told us about the issue. Which now means we have to go back to the ATA for new certificates. They put my wife on the wrong visa without consulting us, our case is a mess and we paid their fees for this privilege. I threatened them with legal action for the total mismanagement of my case and since then (3 days ago at the time of writing this) all five people thats been involved in my case including the CEO is ignoring my calls, messages and emails.
Update after threatening with legal action the CEO did reply and a team member did get in contact. Still leaving the review as was due to experiences to date with lost time and additional cost

Big thank you to Vera and Carolina for their hard work and tireless help. I contacted this law firm to help my wife and I move to Spain and we couldn't be happier. Whatever your needs may be, Carbray generally and Vera and Carolina particularly, are the only choice.

If the definition of criminal is asking for over 10.000 euros in advance and then completely messing up our visa application, then promising 100% that we would be reimbursed because they admitted incompitence, then not hearing a word, then are Carbray criminals?

Helpful immigration consultants, made the process as smooth as it can be.

With Carbray’s support and expertise, my wife and I were successful in securing our EU Residency. While we could have tried to go through the process on our own, we are so glad we had Ana’s direction and guidance to ensure when we showed up at the appointment with everything we needed. Bence from the team even joined us as we submitted our application helping deal with last minute “undocumented” requirements from the officials! Having Carbray by our side helped eliminate so much churn, misinformation, not t o mention stress and uncertainty. We would highly recommend them.

Awful company to try and work with. They are very unresponsive and ignore most emails until you repeatedly chase.

There are many other companies out there offering the same services, so i suggest to avoid the frustration of being ignored by this firm, you look like myself elsewhere.

Clearly this company are not looking for new clients because if they were, they would act more professional and attentive.

Your response to this review is false. You did NOT respond to my follow up messages without me having to chase several times. My review is not connected with the accuracy of your advice which you are suggesting, it is to do with how you are unable to respond to emails and calls in a timely manner.

Excellent experience with this firm. The lawyers are top notch and very responsive. Got my Spanish citizenship without any issue and they guided me/helped me throughout. Highly recommend.

I had a great experience with Carbray International (Barcelona). I contacted them for guidance on my digital nomad visa. They took care of all my documentation and answered all my questions and made sure everything was in order. They followed up with the respective authorities for me and provided clear guidance when needed. I am extremely pleased with the service the provided.
