Reviewer of caraway pan
These pans are great! The nonstick really works and they can also go in the oven. Amazing quality and beautiful colors. I love that they have a warranty, that’s another really great feature of Caraway. They are generally very durable if treated with a little TLC. They are without a doubt my favorite pan on the market. I would love to buy more but they’re a very expensive brand.

Love every Caraway I’ve purchased.
Love every product I’ve purchased The cookware is amazing. I look forward to cooking and I’m definitely cooking more and eating out less. The food storage containers are the absolute best. I can’t tell you how much salad greens I’ve had to throw out before I got the Caraway food storage set. And it’s great for meal prep especially with dot & dash containers that I recently purchased. Can’t wait to get the baking sets. ❤️

We bought the 4.5 qt ceramic saute pan…
We bought the 4.5 qt ceramic saute pan about a year ago. It has never been non stick. We only heat on medium and any time we cook meat it sticks horribly. We have always been able to scrub it but only after an overnight soak. Last night I made fajitas and it was horrible. Everything stuck and after an overnight soak it still will not get clean.. we are outside the return dates so I am stuck with a very heavy pan that is not nonstick.

Five star company and best customer service
I had an issue with one of my Caraway cookware pieces and initially wasn’t completely satisfied with the response I received. However, after my case was escalated, Ponce from the Caraway Management Team stepped in and completely turned the experience around.
He took the time to actually review my situation, understood my concern, and offered a solution that I was very happy with. This is exactly the kind of customer service I expect from a premium, five-star company.
Problems can happen with any product, and the way a company responds and takes care of its customers is what really matters. Caraway ultimately stood behind its product and made things right, and I truly appreciate that.
Thank you, Ponce and the Caraway team. You turned what started as a frustrating experience into a very positive one. Five stars from me!

Our longer handles include a notch that shows where it’s cool enough to hold, while shorter handles can warm up. We recommend using a mitt or holder when cooking. We’ll be sure to pass along your note to our team.
If you ever have questions or need tips to get the most out of your set, we are always here to help!

Love the aesthetic and organization…
Love the aesthetic and organization options provided. However, within a few weeks of usage, the ceramic coat started peeling and chipping off. I was careful with how I cleaned and heated it, so it's frustrating to see it degrade so quickly. It's a great pan initially, but the longevity just isn't there for the price.
