I wanted to upgrade my car audio to a Apple Car Play system so I contacted Enhance. They gave me options to look at, once chosen it was ordered and an appointment made for installation.
On the day it all went well, I needed a second part that was ordered and fitted two days later.
A very professional team in both the workshop and the office, it was hassle free from start to finish.

This is my second 5 star rating concerning Enhance car audio.
I recently had an issue with my Bluetooth on my pioneer 360 unit fitted a couple of years ago. I visited them this morning and after explaining the situation to a couple of very helpful ladies in the reception, Simon was able to take the time , help, advise,and remedy the situation.
The issue was quickly resolved and the Bluetooth is now operational.
I wish I could rate the star rating higher, but it is obvious all the staff are highly professional with customer care attitudes second to none.
I can highly recommend this company.

Had a new audio unit installed to replace a dead unit. Very happy with all aspects of the process, from quotes, to the fitting, all was smooth and clearly explained. Nice to have work done by a company that cares and wants to do a good job. Would 100% recommend and use again.

I had a reversing camera fitted to my Ford Mondeo estate - Sync 2 system. Excellent product and professional service from start to finish. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Had a reversing camera fitted to my Fiesta to display on the existing Ford Sync 3 screen. (Not a huge car but such a small rear window!)
Very pleased with the quality of work, the welcome received at Reception and discussion with the technicians.
I could probably have sourced and fitted myself but this would likely involve a lesser quality camera and lots of frustration and swearing.
Best left to the experts and they certainly are expert at this. Thoroughly recommend.

I had a reverse camera installed a few days ago and after driving home I find the reverse camera very annoying to the point I now don't want to drive the car anymore. I hate it. Every time I put it in reverse the grid comes up and a STOP sign comes on flashing all the time. The communication with the company has been very good however they offered me to upgrade the camera which is apparently bigger for an additional cost to me but with free labour. I said that I looked on YouTube and the video they advertise with is the same car as mine. They explained that the video was 5 years old and my camera they have installed is a upgraded version. I can't see it myself as I have driven the same car as mine older and newer and none of them have a rubbish reverse system like mine. They also said they can turn the STOP sign off but I will lose the grid aswell. So please buyer be aware of what you purchase from here and ask if there are any upgrade versions available. I wasn't told there was different models or versions I was just told a price . I personally wish I never had it installed and saved my money. This is not reflected on the staff themselves as the company is very welcoming and have a great setup. I never wanted to leave a bad review but I prefer to be honest. This company was also a long drive from where I live but the company looked good to me I just wish I never bothered now.

Fantastic products & service. Had 2x channel DR770X dashcam camera system installed Jan 2025. Expertly installed and professionally finished, I was very happy with it. Camera system paid for itself in less than 8mths after car was written off by a driver who didn't stop. Without cameras, would have been an expensive loss of no claims. So happy to go back to Enhance for new cameras in new car that I decided to get the same installed on the wife's car.

I arranged to have an aftermarket stereo fitted to my van. I stated on booking that I wanted to maintain ALL the existing functions/features I currently had with the original stereo. I understood that this would add significant cost to installation as a new wiring kit would be necessary. However soon after installation I noticed the ‘radio mute’ for parking sensors was no longer working. I contacted the company highlighting this and was told that despite paying over a £1,000 for their installation I would have to pay a further £85 for another booking to reinstate what they originally failed to maintain….Although the installation was quick I remain disappointed that they want to charge me further to reinstate something that should have been done originally…..

I made an initial enquiry via email and received a very prompt response. After going through my options, I made a choice and booked my motor home in for a fitting. From start to finish the process was friendly, reassuring and efficient. I cannot recommend Nikki and her team highly enough - superb.

From asking about what they can do for my puma to after leaving with some upgrades, I'm absolutely amazed, enquired about heated seats, wireless phone charging and front sensors, nothing but professionalism, politeness and answers to every question I had, everything was done in perfect detail and time. Just completely thorough, even showing me what's what. I honestly cant recommend Enhance enough.

I first contacted Simon at Enhance regarding the fitting and supply of a rear view camera for my Mondeo January 2025. After a couple of e mails regarding what radio I had in my car a price was agreed and a fitting date made. Due to various complications regarding the unit in my car on the first fitment it has now taken 2 months until today 6th March for the unit to be up and running. Simon tried everything in his power and experience for this to work. The team at Enhance were very good from the receptionist Nicky to the fitter and Simon the boss.

Had a my new radio fitted on 11th and had a great experience my requests where listened to and understood they also ticked all the boxes there where a little issues with parts however they assured me this is not a normal thing. Enhanced where able to come to an arrangement with me in order to keep me happy and I’m glad I did they really went above and beyond great job guys 🙂

Ps they also gave me some nice little stickers on my windows this a small thing that goes along way 🙂

All in all I give this business 10/10 great customer service great fit and finish on the radio and the car and great speed. if your on the fence about this company or their give them a rung there very polite

Fantastic service from start to finish, and very happy with the product. Fitted apple play to my daughter’s mini. Very happy with the job and would highly recommend. My only frustration was wasting my time with Halfords before I found these guys. Will use again for security systems and upgrades on my cars. Great company to deal with and good value for money. Excellent service received from start to finish. Emailed to enquire about Apple CarPlay for my BMW X5. I was contacted by phone within the hour and quoted the cost. I was also told that if I could get down to them within 30 mins they would have it up and running within the hour. Total game changer. I was previously paying a yearly subscription to BMW for the entertainment package, map updates etc
I now have all the apps I need ie Waze, global player, Amazon music etc for a one off payment. My only regret is that I didn't do it sooner. I wholeheartedly recommend Enhance Car Audio (Maidstone), amazing staff, whom are very diligent in their work.

Had a new audio upgrade to an otherwise lifeless sound system on a transit custom.
What an amazing transformation.
I went to this company based on recommendation and I am not disappointed.
1st Class installation, 1st Class customer service and a 1st Class aftersales demo by Simon to a naive old novice, whose only other association with a sound system was a Phillips valve radio dating back to the 60's and last seen on the antiques roadshow 😃.
I'm literally "blown away" by the quality and sound of the new system, and I would have no hesitation in recommending these guys to install yours if its what your looking for.
