CarAct’s customer service and products for my 2011 Lexus LX570 have been phenomenal.

I ordered the VCA1110 2008–2015 Lexus LX570 Tune Into TRD Style Body Kit in 2024, and from start to finish, the experience was outstanding. The customer service, communication, shipping updates, and quality of the parts were some of the best I’ve experienced in today’s market.

Every inquiry email was answered, and they kept me informed from the time my order shipped to every stop along the way. They even went above and beyond by painting the parts that weren’t black, saving me the extra hassle.

I also had a part for my rear spoiler that was lost due to adhesive tape issues. I was willing to pay for the replacement, but CarAct shipped the part to me fast and completely free. That kind of service is rare.

I bought a body kit for my 8G Honda Accord (front+rear bumper, grill, skirts) and the process went extremely smoothly and efficiently. The was price was cheap for what I got and it arrived just over a month from the date of purchase which was much earlier than the expected 2 month delivery time.
The sales rep, Cici, was super communicative and extremely helpful with all my questions. She gave updates every week letting me know of the status of my order and would reply within a day of any of my emails. The product was also shipped perfectly packaged and in great condition. It looked even better in person!

Since I made the purchase there was a continuos follow up on my orden, everything arrived well and very well packaged. The quality of the product is great, the only issue is the time of delivery but trust me is worthwhile.

It took almost 3 months due to Covid and whatnot, but my CA832 Lexus 2IS to 4IS bumper conversion finally arrived at my door. Everything went well. Great product and an amazing customer service. Cici went above and beyond. I strongly recommend Car-Act for your next body mod project!

Very happy with my GX Fsport grill. Came within 50 days as promised, fit perfectly, and the quality was better than expected. Communication with seller was fast - would buy more products from these people.

Very pleased with my purchase. On March 3, 2022 I ordered an engine cover for my 2020 Honda Accord EX 1.5L. Nice quality and fit. Customer service responds very quickly to inquiries. The cover arrived more quickly than I expected (about 3 weeks from China to Chicago USA suburbs) even with all of the supply chain issues.

I recently ordered a nx f sport front grille from them and it was good quality and was very easy to fit with no fitment issues whatsoever. Always replied to my msgs about delivery update's until I finally received the package. Will definitely be purchasing more items in the future.

Very poor customer service. They charge so much for shipping. It has been more than 2 weeks and they just created the shipping label. Now they are saying it will take an extra 40 days for the package to arrive at UPS, which is completely ridiculous. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY.

My experience with Car-Act was fantastic. Their customer service skills go above and beyond expectations. They were very friendly and responsive over email to answer any of my questions about shipping, the product design or for help with directions during the installation process. The shipping to my home in the US took about a month, coming from overseas and the part arrived in perfect condition. Use of PayPal for payment was easy and felt secure. I’m enthusiastic about how good of quality their products are. The plastic they use is strong and looks/ feels the same as the original OEM materials used by the dealer. Overall the people at Car-Act were very nice to deal with and I highly recommend their products. Any questions you have will be quickly be answered by them. I am amazed by how positive of an experience I had working with this company and I recommend them for anyone else who may need help deciding.

I was initially concerned with the grille fitting the car correctly, as well as ordering something from an overseas company. Peter contacted me directly, verified the product would work for our vehicle..and helped push the shipment process even when facing the current pandemic conditions. Great company to deal with. I bought two Lexus front bumpers and dealt with Brian, who was incredibly helpful and prompt with his replies. The whole process was straight forward and it arrived well ahead of schedule. We did run into a bit of a hiccup with the products received (the wrong type was mistakenly sent so I had to get a couple of holes filled before painting) but Car-Act were quick to get it resolved. Mistakes can happen anytime, but it all comes down to how it's dealt with afterwards, and Car-Act were absolutely perfect in this respect, so 5-stars for customer service. I would happily recommend them to others and would certainly buy from them again. Thank you for your efforts and professionalism, you've made a couple of people very happy.
