i cannot understand the reviews saying communication is bad, it definitely wasn't for me
Great products and staff are amazing
Been with Canwell for over 3 years now I've had no issues. Meng is amazing always a pleasure dealing with her (: going over and beyond to help and always responds quickly via email, when products are longer available through my chemist they always swap for another. always good with returning calls also(: highly recommend these guys
Don’t waste your time
Don’t waste your time. No one calls back. Booked 2 appointments. Took the money both times with no prescriptions. Been calling for 2 days with no reply. Plenty of other providers that will help people in need
Exceptional Service - Medicinal Plant Medication
I was given all the details I needed regarding medicinal plant medications, and advised that I was considered to be entitled to a script.
Then a telephone appointment was arranged, to facilitate a doctor’s approval for the issue of a script to Canwell.
The script was then used to obtain my initial supply of the product.
Excellent service: I highly recommend this provider to any seeking assistance regarding medicinal plant products

Absolutely APPALLING service from this company. There are always problems but nobody from Canwell cares.
They do not answer the phone, do not respond via the chat online, do not reply to emails, their website is dreadful and you cannot order your medication from their website any longer and no explanation of how to order it. This is a terrible company and I strongly encourage everyone to go elsewhere.
Like others have said - SLOW SLOW SLOW. They do not care about their customers at all.
Highly unprofessional, prescriptions changed without informing the customer, website changed and now unable to order meds online, and they simply do not care.

I have been on hold for hours trying to talk to a human from both Canwell and Farma.
The lack of support, communication and simple ability to be able to talk to someone is very very disappointing and at a very low standard.

Absolute joke , never have stock of medications ,pay 150 $ consultation twice an recieve 2 10g jars in that time ,have tryed contacting but customer service is shocking a near non existent ,put on hold for hours over the past week ,was told it will all be fixed ,going on for 6 months now ,do not waste your time

DO NOT USE CANWELL - THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CARE IS PATHETIC, YOU WILL BE LEFT WITHOUT MEDICINE.
I payed $100 yesterday afternoon for my follow up appointment and booked it online for 7am to 7.15 am this morning and after they send 2 confirmation messages at 9.36pm at night and then again at 2.38am. After getting up early waiting on the appointment - i had no reply no messages or call.
I called their office left messages and finally after 9am a lady that does not speak good english calls with the phone cutting in and out and when i asked the lady she did not know which department she actually worked for in which she says my appointment is 5pm. I told her not good enough i want to speak to a manager.
Then i get a manager after 2 failed attempts and the manager says she is going to find me a doctor within 20 minutes and calls back near an hour lata tells me im getting a refund and free appointment today very shortly that she will call back in an hour. She then calls back well after an hour and says theres no appointments at all! WHAT A JOKE CANWELL IS. They havnt called back after apparantly blaming it all on tech problems. Never once did i swear or ill treat them all i said was get a manager this not good enough.
SO THE MANAGERS LIE AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE PEOPLE DONT SPEAK ENGLISH WELL AT ALL, THEIR PHONELINES CUT IN AND OUT BECAUSE THEIR OBVIOUSLY NOT AUSTRALIAN AND THEY WILL LEAVE YOU STRANDED WITH NO MEDICATION.

Been with canwell for about 2 years now. i have had numerous issues with this company. They admit to having bugs and issues with their site yet blame the patient for their mistakes. I have had to go without my medication multiple times (sometimes as long as a fortnight) and experience withdrawal or buy from street because they either did not ship when they said they would or they change the date i am allowed to order from. They are always out of stock and the doctors prescribe you strains that are being discontinued. Receptionists aren’t very helpful either, when you voice your complaints they get quite snobby and rude, e.g. Flora from Pharma. Most doctors would not expect their patients to go without any other medication, I’m not sure why cannabis is different. Its like they don’t truly see it as medicine themselves. I will be changing providers to another company who are more efficient in what they do ( also cheaper!!)

Horrible people using people’s health to control them. Two years with them, if you meet Neil he is a salesman not your friend.
Also not a single doctor is English speaking and all seem to be on a power trip.
