Providing this review after reflecting on an interaction that I had where I should have been more patient with a business trying to protect their bottom line. As customers, we may not always understand the reason why a company makes decisions, but they likely are for a good reason.

DO NOT ORDER, Bad Customer Svc
This place sucks first and last order i will place with them, ordered some sun shade tarps and they did nto work for us due to the grommets not being 24", ordered Qty. 4. we only opened one of them, since we had already found out they were not going to work for us, so now they are claiming we opened 2 of them and are only going to partialy credit 2, when it should be 3, especially when we already know they are going to repackage the one we opened and resell it again, lame company.

Love my canopy
Love my canopy. I needed something a little different from the ordinary stock canopy and the folks at this company took the time to guide me through the process of parts and and design. It turned out great. Many thanks.

BUYERS BEWARE!!
BUYERS BEWARE!!! Placed order on 11/2/20. Website and email contact "Matt" stated the order would be processed in 5 business days. 11/19 order still was not processed and Matt canceled the order after I requested he provide a shipping date and tracking info. See reviews on Yelp and complaints on the BBB for this company, also DBA Bullseye Specialty Shops - they have inaccurate info. on their website regarding their stock, order processing, shipping and customer service. Dishonest, unreliable and rude - do NOT waste your valuable time, energy and hard earned money with this company.
