After spending thousands of dollars over time with this company they showed me zero customer loyalty consideration After I received and cartridge and battery that didn't work properly. I needed a refund so I could go buy one that worked but I could only get credit for next purchase which won't be for awhile. I decided to take my buisness else where. They should have sent a replacement or given me a refund. Now they've lost a loyal customer

scaming lieing missleading employes and business fals advertising for sales and proffit after spending 5g there they decid to flip me over for the second time and the last 1 fudg i can understand bussy place but two fudg and then tell me lies i wont ever be back to there business nore recomend them to anyone ever again

All those review trippin got good weed for my buck 3 days free shipping for half pound i can get behind that bout to receive my second package

On jan. 29/26 I ordered gummies from this company.
After 10 days we enquired and found that they cancelled the order but kept our payment. We have not been able to contact them to complain.
The order number is 655624 of jan. 29/26.

We will wait 2 days for this to resolve itself then contact RCMP about this illegal activity.
We demand our money back.

I ordered 4 different strains. 3 out of the 4 were clearly all from the same batch. They say that their budget ounces are not of lower quality which clearly isn't the case. The above mentioned strains were unsmokable.
Would give zero if I could.

Been a customer for 3 years. A business is supposed to improve with time. Cannawholesalers goes backwards and became worse and worse. Pictures and THC content ALL LIES. Their scale is broken too.

After two successful orders, where I was extremely happy, I ordered again. Upon receiving my order today, I found that, instead of being sent 16oz/1lb of product, I was sent just 1oz. The oz was on sale for $11 and change. the pound was $150. The order confirmation clearly shows ONE POUND. I contacted customer service, who conveniently are quiet, after they were responding within under 5 minutes repeatedly yesterday. Curious. Guess it's time to contact the bank and report this to get my money back.

Either they shipped me an empty box or the items in the box were stolen in transit. Either way, all customer service would do is quote their FAQ's. Bunch of asshats. Completely unethical practice. Surprised me to say the least as I've been a customer for 3+ years. If you ever have issue with receiving a pkg you can kiss your money goodbye.

never had any issue. always good product and fast shipping. they have great deals. i been dealing with them for 3 years and never had any problem at all. if you buy stuff on special and with low price , there is usually a reason and they will say it in the description. like for everything , you get what you pay for. make sure to read the item description. dont expect a top producs when you buy a cheap one. if you purchase the top shelf product at high price , you will get quality but if you buy the cheap products you will get a lower quality product also. personally i would recommend to everyone. dont know why they got many bad reviews and it might be fake accounts.

I dealt with this company for a couple years with no issues until September 2024 - I placed 2 orders the same day to split up a big order, then they mixed them up and they sent me only one so I was ripped off $2700!! They had "proof" they sent it through Canada Post but every time I checked the tracking number, it just said "delayed" - they did absolutely NOTHING to help, offered 50% of the cost back, but I could only get this "refund" by ordering again.... so I did.... but now they pretend not to get that order what so ever and just ignore my emails now.

Pathetic company. Bought 6 oz’s and received 5 ounces of garbage outdoor grown crap that I would not even use in baking. All sales are final said Charlotte the supposed customer service person. Ripped off of $300. They are based in Burnaby, bc and I will be visiting their offices to get my money back. NEVER ORDER FROM THIS SITE

No trackjng number in 3 days payed extra $45 for puralator
Waited 3 weeks for my pa kage with puralator showed up it was all shake.

If i could give 0 stars i would, And if i could upload a picture to show you all i SOOO would. They sent me 4 ounces of weed which was garbage. 1 ounce had black mold through it to which there reply was sorry you didn't like the product and thanks for the feedback. I will NEVER use this site again for a purchase, BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!

False advertising. They advertise Valley Girl as being 24.35% THC and it doesn’t even give you a buzz. Complete garbage and this corrupt company couldn’t care less. All they want is to mislead you for your hard earned money. They are not trustworthy.

The weed was akin to hemp. They said 24.9% a total lie. Do not get sucked in to these peaple ..they do not return calls or tex and make no attemp to make me happy and i buy alot of weed

Never received my order out almost $500 no communication with them after they tell me it's sent i know they scamming simply because anything sent across Canada goes to milton sorting center went from Vancouver to st John's that doesn't happen i would not advise anyone to use this company for anything! Needs to be reported!
