I use CBD and CBG only (non intoxicating). End of Jan 26, I bought 10 automatic CBG seeds, 6 photoperiod CBG seeds (3 + 3) and 3 photoperiod CBD seeds from the company. I started with the autos in parallel with FB 20/1. Same germination method, same environment. FB germinated in 2 days, Cannabis5star seeds none. I kept trying with the others, same as above. None of the seeds germinated, no single one. They seemed pale/whitish, dry, likely old and/or not well preserved. When I reach the company out, they mentioned that the odd result was because of my germination method (which I use successfully since 20 years and it is the most common one, in wet paper towels..). Kindly, they offered a new butch of seeds, given that I was out of the 14 days refunding period. Again all of the seeds failed. When I reached them back again was to give heads up on this review (yeah I am honest person) but again was told that it is my germination methodology that fails and they have 100% success from farmers all around the world (mentioned US, Thailand, different EU countries etc). That's how it ended, very unhappy consumer, money wasted. I will definitely not use this provider anymore.

That said, your case is clearly not a typical result, and we take it seriously.
We did our best to support you by providing a replacement batch with different genetics outside of our standard policy, precisely because we wanted to resolve the issue fairly. The fact that the second attempt also failed suggests that something atypical may be affecting the process, even if the method itself is generally reliable.
We want to be clear: our intention has never been to dismiss your experience. Rather, we aim to identify the root cause in a constructive and technical way.

Each batch undergoes viability checks before sale
Similar lots have been successfully germinated by other growers
