If you are like me and already use cannabis to treat your conditions, You've found this works for you and would like to do it legally but aren't actively going to see a doctor or psychologist I'm writing this for you, do not bother with medical cannabis..
you will be charged with an initial fee just to get rejected after giving over a lot of very personal information.

I've been using cannabis in moderation for the past 8 years and its given my life back, I've since personally seen this medicine treat skin cancers effectively without side effects.

Initially when I started using cannabis and removed my stigma around it I was gob smacked that it was so heavily regulated and demonized by the mainstream. but you know.. money and all that..

My experience left a bad taste in my mouth.

If you have been through the system and are looking for an alternative then by all means go for it,
Id love the be able to obtain this medicine legally but I guess ill just keep on breaking the law

note: Its probably not so much candors fault but more so the TGA regulations around this plant but I needed to vent my frustration.. I found the experience to be a bit too personal for a disappointing outcome.

I could've spent that money on weed, support your local cannabis dealer

Online is much easier and more effective! I've had small issues arise accessing scripts, but Sarah and the nursing team are lightning quick to respond and even quicker to fix the issue at hand with real authenticity!!

Frankly, if it wasn't for the help of the Sarah, I'd probably have gone back to F2F appointments and e-scripts

I've been through many companies. It was easy and seamless. Got a call within 4 days of paying and submitting patient form. Dr Bhangoo was the kindest doctor I've had the pleasure of dealing with.
If you don't want to deal with delivery and go through another pharmacy, give your chosen pharmacy access of your prescriptions and they can pull up and script any doctor has prescribed. Saves asking for transfers etc. Had my scripts 30 mins after call ready for pick up.

I didn’t know how to write a review but I just wanted to say when I started Candor my first doctor through me off originally he spoke to me for less than a minute it was like he didn’t care, so I believe it because a money hungry company. Since then I have had lovely ladies looking after me all the nurses are lovely but the manage Leigh went out of her way to make sure I was looked after and getting what I needed. Love their work

The worst service in the market . Takes 5 days to reply. I have been waiting 17 day just to get to a doctor and I am still stuck with a nurse ( and they take over 5 days to reply )
Please do not use this service , is literally the worst service available . No phone number , super hard to even contact a human.

As a long term patient of candor, the experience was initially faultless. Over the last 6-12ish months they’ve really dropped the ball. Communication and customer service is non existent, for example I had a simple request to amend my script, and a week later I haven’t gotten anywhere because they’ll reply once a day if you’re lucky. Basically they will do everything on their own time, taking ridiculously long for literally anything. No phone number, chat bot is useless and when I asked to speak to a human I heard nothing back. Candor does not care about their patients, save yourself the headache and go elsewhere like I’m about to.

Ok terrible experience so far its been 3 weeks had two messages from nurse thats all 1 corrospondence 2 weeks havnt had a consultation or phone call from Dr already paid $80 for what i just dont know tomorrow will be 4weeks still nothing. LOOK ELSEWHERE

Wonderful support, usually fast responses by the nurses and pharmacists, the doctors are wonderful especially Dr. Turner, wide range of products and just overall a good experience

Terrible service , money hungry practises.

Not even a phone number listed and when you’re dealing with schedule 8 drugs and suffering human beings this is pretty disgusting

started promisingly then went completely downhill with poor communication, long waiting times even when it's just a simple refill. used to be fairly good but now it's not worth the hassle but they like you to pay up front without much communication after a week! too much competition to not go elsewhere.

Extremely long wait times for both communication and order fulfillment. I have been trying to get a discharge letter from Candor for a week and have still not received it. This is preventing me from moving to an alternative provider. The poor communication is unacceptable, there is no accountability and no way to submit complaints or get in touch with management.

Avoid this company.

I definitely WOULD NOT recommend this Company! I paid my money, had my phone consultation, and after chasing them up for over two weeks, I NEVER even got my prescription finalised!! I would like my money back otherwise I'm reporting this as a scam! I'm a disability pensioner and every bit of money counts!

Dr Franco "Juan Franco" is a wonderful preson and a kind soul, he is extremely understanding and accurate through his knowledge of the perfect medicine to suit your individual needs. I surely did, we was generous in his option types and lets the perefct strain of medicine cone to you. 10/10 👏

The slowest slowest slowest, There are clinics that are free first consult and faster than this.

I have spent time with a few clinics over my life and candor has been the best yet. Dr Juan Franco is amazing and he has been very helpful. I have nothing bad to say about candor, my experience thus far has been exceptional.

Slow as to contact you back you with withdrawals before a message

Simply emailed their support staff for assistance in verifying my account. Received none whatsoever and now I'm $80 out of pocket.

One of the worst company's I've dealt with to date. They take about 1 week just go get a reply. Deff won't be using them ever again. Do your self a favour and steer clear

I've had a great experience with Candor. It can be a bit slow to get up & running, but my understanding is that this is more to do with red tape from Gov legislation than anything on Candor's side. Phone calls are mandated now for telehealth/online providers, so interesting to see people get frustrated at Candor for this.

Dr. Juan Franco has been excellent in both his initial consult and follow up consult. He has addressed some unique concerns I had regarding the treatment and was very willing to try new things to alleviate these concerns.

Avoid. Candor used to be great but they’re unable to keep up with check-ups and renewing scripts. Expect to wait over a week for a script to be renewed, and support chat times can easily take 3 days for a response. There are much better providers and I’ll be ditching Candor this week. Very unfortunate as I have been a customer for a long time now.
