Jasons is my go to pharmacy for items that are too expensive or inaccessible in the US. Customer service has been very helpful and responsive. I especially like that I can reach a live person quickly without having to sit through long automated messages.

They refuse to update stock on their website. Repeatedly people have reported that they list All Star Pro silvers in stock and take orders, but then call the customer and advise that it is not in stock.

It's getting hard to trust a company that refuses to fix inventory and takes orders/Money, but then calls customer and offers to "substitute", knowing they already have the money.

I'm in the US and purchased insulin injector pens from Jason's. They had the best prices I could find, even without the new patient discount code, which was a very nice discount.

Account creation was a bit tedious, but straightforward. Payment options were a bit lacking as the only card they accept is American Express, but I was able to use an electronic check, which worked just fine.

They do email promptly with confirmation of the order and requestex a picture of my check. I complied and received another email thanking me for following directions and providing another confirmation of my order. Then received a shipping notification the very next day. These people are prompt and attentive!

I received my order without incident in under 10 days, which was 3 weeks faster than my order arrived from mailOrderMeds.

I am very pleased with this company and have referred 2 others here. 1 had a great experience identical to mine, the other has yet to order.

I will continue to use Jason's!
