Campervan Finder Recensioni

We had so many questions, we hesitated quite a lot, yet Jeffrey really helped us with everything. He was always patient. He was precise, he gave us good recommendations, the prices have been fair (I checked!). Actually this type of service was amazing! Thank you so much!

Despite being on the other side of the world, Jeffrey was able to provide us with almost real-time responses. He was very patient, and provided options for each of our travel plans - with different start locations and dates. This is the second time we've gone through him to make a booking and hopefully won't be our last!

James was fabulous! He was very responsive and always there to help with my questions. Really knowledgable and made the process so easy. Would definitely recommend to backpackers and holiday makers!

Hi James and Cruisin Team @ Hobart
3 Runway Place, Cambridge

We wanted to take a moment to share our exceptional experience with Cruisin during our recent campervan rental in Tasmania. From the very beginning, your team's professionalism and customer-focused service were outstanding.

One of the highlights of our trip was the peace of mind we felt knowing that Cruisin was always just a call away. Your responsiveness to our inquiries and concerns was incredibly reassuring, and your team was always quick to assist when needed. When we encountered technical issue with our vehicle, we were impressed by how seriously you took our safety concerns. Rather than leaving us in a difficult situation, you immediately suggested a vehicle swap and arranged everything smoothly. The exchange process was seamless, and the new vehicle was in excellent condition.

We truly appreciated the way Cruisin went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and safety. Not only was the vehicle change handled efficiently, but you even compensated us for the time spent waiting and the inconvenience of the exchange. This level of care and customer service is rare, and it made all the difference to our trip.

Roadside assistance was also top-notch. Whenever we had a question or needed help, the support team was always there, friendly, and quick to respond, ensuring we never felt stranded or unsupported.

Overall, the service we received from Cruisin was second to none. You provided a stress-free, enjoyable experience that allowed us to focus on enjoying Tasmania, not worrying about logistics. We can confidently say that Cruisin's commitment to customer satisfaction and safety is exceptional, and we would highly recommend your company to anyone looking for a reliable and supportive campervan rental experience.

Thank you again for making our trip unforgettable, and for going the extra mile to ensure we had the best experience possible!

Jeffrey was really patient and made us an unbeatable offer in the end!

I really liked the Campervan Finder service. James was the person who helped me, he helped me a lot choosing the best option for my trip, he was very patient showing me all the options and all the requirements that I asked for. My trip is at the end of December, so far I have liked everything, I will leave another review when I finish my trip :)

Great service great price

So much easier than going through all the companies. Gust was a huge help. Campervan finders quote was actually cheaper than going direct to the companies. They do all the work for you.

James made our experience super easy locating a campervan for our Tasmanian trip we have booked in advance. He found the best deal for us and we found his communication perfect with getting back to us with any amendments that needed to be made. Thank you very much!

Gust was very helpful

Super Service, schnelle Antworten, unkomplizierter Buchvorgang, Sehr freundlicher Mitarbeiter👍

James was great to deal with. We told him what type of holiday we wanted and he matched a few different campervans for us.
He responded quickly and if we didn’t like what he found he was willing to find something suitable.
We definitely recommend finding your campervan this way. There is so much to organise on a holiday, it’s a blessing when someone as good as James does all the work.

We were looking for a camper for five weeks in New Zealand and were overwhelmed by the range of offers on the internet. We found out about Jeffrey through a friend who had already had good experiences with Jeffrey from Campervanfinder. Communication via email in German was very straightforward. Jeffrey understood our needs straight away and made us a good offer. From our previous research we knew that it was actually a good and fair offer. He answered every question very patiently, in detail, in a friendly and comprehensive manner. Especially when it came to questions about the best insurance option, driving license questions, transfers, etc.
We are not in New Zealand yet, but we are really looking forward to the trip. If we have any additional information about our experience with Campervanfinder and Jeffrey, we will add it.

Absolutely passionated help received from a man who knows his work.
His Name is Jefrey.
Big recommendation !
