Quality personal service
Last week used camisa for the first time. We made a mistake with the ordering / delivery dates but Camisa sorted it out by phoning us and arranging immediate delivery. The products are excellent. Will use again.

I ordered 2 panettone only one arrived but when called another was dispatched immediately which arrived the following day. They were lovely along with my other items. I can highly recommend for service and taste

My only problem, which is not their fault, is that Martelli have such a restricted range of pasta shapes- how about farfalle next year?

Love Camisa
Honest experience? The speed that my order arrived was exceptional. Camisa's small cool bags are brilliant. I love Camisa because they have Provolone cheese, plain and smoked. As an American living in England I long for hoagies and Camisa makes it possible for me to make my own with the Provolone. And Baci makes my Christmas extra special.
So thank you Camisa.

Fantastic service
My daughter is delighted to have found her Gluten Free pasta through your company. We visited family in Italy and they recommended your pasta - only problem was we couldn't find it in the UK. Then having received the latest Coeliac Magazine my daughter found your advertisement to which I can honestly say I have never seen a 16 year old so happy. We look forward to using your company again. Fantastic service.

produce excellent - communication a little way to go
Excellent produce when it arrived and very carefully packed. I did get some dispatch information but that aspect was a bit random. The welcome e-mail for example said I could track the order, as is quite normal, but the information shown was not much help. When the goods were dispatched I got information from a 3rd party (Hertfordshire curriers ?) with no description of the goods other than a consignment code. As a customer that info is meaningless though no doubt very important for internal things like inventory control. in this respect could do better
