I absolutely love all of my Calpak bags. I own two clear cosmetics cases (small and medium), the Luka duffle and the everything cube. They are designed well, come in great color, and the quality is amazing.

I love the CALPAK purchases I’ve made so far! From the Luka Belt Bag to the baby bags, I’ve enjoyed these bags for all aspects and stages of my mom life! I definitely recommend!

I love all of the products that CALPAK makes. I want all of them! They are all really well made and come in beautiful colors and prints. I use their items for traveling by car and plane, and they are my favorite pieces

I absolutely LOVE anything Calpak. It all started with the Luka belt bag and now I find myself with the duffel bag, diaper bag, convertible stroller caddy, and more accessories to travel with like the toiletry bag and I went the packing cubes and tech organizer too. The material on all these that I own is great. The bags are usually lightweight, making it perfect for those with babies and toddlers. The color selection is awesome as well. You really can’t beat Calpak quality.

Their customer service is absolute trash. Along with their return policy. First time purchasing and I'm an avid traveler. I will not be shopping or recommending due to the service.

I recently purchased the Hue luggage, excited for my first trip with it, and I have to say, I’m incredibly disappointed. After a 4-hour flight, on the first use, the luggage arrived with noticeable scratches and damage all over. It looked like it had gone through much more wear and tear than any bag should experience after a short flight. The exterior was scuffed, and there were dents in the corners.

For the price they charge, this was a major letdown. I expected much more.

Would I recommend this luggage? Absolutely not. Save your money and look elsewhere.

Company does not back up the quality of their products. Multiple items purchased. A few of them with defective zippers with only minimal-moderate usage.

I bought my 1st calpak suitcase 3 years ago, after my first use and due to needing the suitcase to be checked in it got a crack. Calpak was amazing at responding to me and offered a refund or replacement. Thinking that I just got a bad one, I opted for a replacement. After several uses with the replacement and less than a year old, it cracked again. Had I known that their suitcases are nothing but “aesthetic” and garbage quality I would have opted for a refund. Unfortunately, I don’t have any warranty anymore and I waisted my money on an expensive bag that will probably not last another trip! Also, do not trust Calpak reviews, as they only post 5 star ones and are not transparent if you have a bad experience with them. Do your research as I have not done that and fully trusted the website’s deceiving 5 stars!

I bought a laptop backpack and in less than 3 months the straps started tearing. I contacted their warranty and because they don’t have the bag in stock they won’t help me nor will they give me a refund.

I’ve attempted to post a review on their site twice and they will not post it. Do not trust their site reviews.

I bought a Calpak medium size suitcase in October 2024. Used it only once and the zip pulled apart , exposing enclosed items. Was not even half full! Had to tape it up! Absolutely disgusted with salespersons abuse of me when I returned it to the shop. Not at all interested to look at it, let alone a refund, and I had the receipt. ABSOLUTE RUBBISH DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM CALPAK!!!!!!

I bought two Calpak carry ons in spring of 2023. They are BOTH coming apart at the seams and cracking in multiple places to the point of being unable to travel with them! Customer service is worthless. My daughter bought a competitor carryon at the same time. A wheel wasn’t working properly. She sent a video to customer service and they sent her a new carry-on -no questions asked! We are very dissatisfied with Calpak and the quality of their product. The problems are so severe, we will be throwing them away! Usually I donate our luggage to charities that provide suitcases to homeless. Not this time! We paid way too much to be throwing them away after only two years of light use!

I bought this bag earlier last year in anticipation of our baby’s arrival - it’s looked so stylish and functional. I was so excited! Unfortunately, the quality does not match the price. The rubber pull on the zipper ripped off during our first outing - I hadn’t even taken the tags off. Sooo disappointing and won’t be buying again.

I own two different bags
One small wheeled carry on with a zip in computer pocket in front. The retractable handle snapped out . Barely used this bag !
The second is a large checkin and the bbottom of the frame is coming apart
The wheels look cheap and are a concern.
Additionally , this bag was only used a handful of times as well.
Terrible customer service. They are refusing to repair without receipts and are refusing to recommend a repair shop as well.I did not buy them at Calpak but off of another site. But they are Calpak

I purchased a Calpak carry-on suitcase, trusting it would at least last a year, but it completely failed me during a recent trip. The seam ripped open mid-trip, jeopardizing my belongings and causing significant inconvenience. I had to tape it together and pay for wrapping at the airport to get home.
To make matters worse, Calpak refused to honor my warranty claim, citing the lack of a receipt. Who keeps a receipt for a suitcase? The customer service agent was very dismissive of my travel difficulties.
I wouldn’t recommend Calpak if you’re looking for reliable luggage or good service.

Calpak customer service is too awful to ever buy from them. They do not answer emails. Buyer beware. I bought a computer tote and it is grossly inadequate for the needs of the person I bought it for, but they refuse to even answer my request for a return even though the website does not warn you about any policy that says no returns. What online company does not accept returns -- especially at holiday time when you buy to give as a gift.

There is no phone number to call their customer service. The online live agent chat is courteously scripted. The product I wished to purchase was 74.00 with their free shipping set at 75.00. Most likely intentional. At the end of their response, they stated "Please do let us know if you have any other questions". I asked another question, and it took over 8 minutes to respond. The loss of a sale over 1.00.

The Luka bag is a cute bag! But I do see wear and tear already showing on it but I love the matching set!
