Cairds Recensioni

Oscar and Lorraine were just amazing. Can’t thank them enough.

The team at Epsom office were professional and responsive on the sale of our house. Lorraine French in particular pulled out all the stops communicating with all parties, ensuring that we got to completion after several complications.

Lola (Epsom branch) has been so helpful - patient through references, made sure I felt comfortable asking questions, as she says "no question is a silly question :)"

Thank you 🙏🏻

Cairds acted as the agents on my recent purchase, and they were absolutely flawless from start to finish. Communication was consistent, clear, and proactive throughout the entire process. They kept me fully informed at every stage and were always quick to chase up queries, ensuring nothing ever stalled.

I want to give particular thanks to Gavin, who genuinely went above and beyond. His support, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile made a real difference during what can often be a stressful time. His dedication and calm, reassuring approach were invaluable, and I’m genuinely grateful for everything he did to help move the purchase forward smoothly.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Cairds to anyone looking for a reliable, responsive, and highly professional estate agent.

Well after giving my last 2 properties to other agents I then switched to Cairds Ashtead - Gavin work hard through a tricky market and sold them both for a combined figure north of 3 million. The commitment he showed from the viewings to completion day was second to none. Give Gavin a call if you are looking to sell!

Very kind staff. Very helpful. Lola a very helpful agent.

We had a truly great experience selling the family home with Jo Woods and her colleagues at Cairds. She kept us informed and gave consistently valuable advice throughout the process. The team was extremely professional and I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone wanting to buy or sell a property.

Georgette Miller was excellent from start to finish. She was very responsive, moved quickly, and handled everything efficiently. She was great sorting matters without any fuss, and communication throughout was clear and professional. Overall, a smooth and positive experience.

Always very receptive and respectful and guided us through the visits and recommendations to achieve a realistic price on the sale of our house.
A special thanks to Gary Trower and Kirsty Lucas.

Instant responce to problem. Problem solved.

This has been the fourth time we have bought & sold through Cairds - so they are definitely our 'go-to' estate agent. Simon, Luke & the team were very professional, with honest views on expectations and keeping us informed throughout each stage.

My agent, Christian P., was awesome. He went above and beyond and was very helpful at each stage of my rental process from initial viewing to moving day . He was very thoughtful and considerate of my concerns by offering alternatives and solutions. His availability and communication with me was truly amazing. He made the process seamless and made the whole experience a great one.

Sathees Arul, of Cairds, is consistently efficient, quick, and effective in every issue I have raised with him.
And he is a very nice man to work with.
Recommended.

We had an excellent experience with Cairds and their team. They were always responsive, punctual, and professional throughout the entire process. A massive shout-out to Luke, who was an absolute superstar! He went above and beyond his role to make the sale happen—whether it was liaising, chasing, or keeping us updated, Luke was simply outstanding. His dedication and proactive approach made a real difference.

Thank you to Cairds and the entire team for making our house move happen smoothly. Highly recommended!

I recently appointed Cairds in Ashtead to sell my property. Gavin was the utmost professional and spent a lot of time offering advice and support throughout the whole process. I was very pleased to receive an offer from the first day of viewings and Gavin skilfully negotiated an offer that was acceptable to me. The whole process was handled with expertise and consideration. I would highly recommend Cairds Ashtead to anyone looking to sell and would have no hesitation in using them again.

Gavin Newton was very clear at arranging to work around my appointments to make them time effective on the day where I am also viewing with another agent . He also helped me to work through the website view page where I was having a concern about viewing pictures …and was very flexible and empathic about my concerns about price . He managed to find a property that suits me after finding out my needs so he’s very ontop of recents properties on file and was able to help me get a viewing there .

Although I didn’t end up renting through Cairds, my experience with Christian was second to none. He was extremely professional, very knowledgeable, and always quick to come back to me with clear answers to any questions I had. An absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

Cairds delivered 100% on what they promised. Very professional service and shout out to Luke who's relentless efforts got the sale across the line.

Cairds in Ashtead did a great job on helping me with a complex sale that had fallen through in the past and I needed to get completed. They set out a good sales strategy, got lots of interest very quickly, helped me select the best buyer, and the team there, especially Jo Woods, were brilliant in regularly getting information from all the parties involved and making sure that issues were being brought to the attention of the people who needed to deal with them. I couldn't recommend them more highly.

The whole process start to finish went amazing. Luke was great at helping the whole process run smoothly, all the in-house recommendations were really good and we managed to purchase the property in an incredibly fast time frame!
Would definitely recommend using Cairds!
