Cairds Recensioni

I’ve had a positive experience with the Epsom branch estate agents, I have been dealing with Lola so far. While I haven’t secured a property yet, Lola has been consistently professional, approachable, and proactive in helping with my search.

Lola has taken the time to understand exactly what I’m looking for and have been sending through relevant options rather than overwhelming me with unsuitable listings. Communication has been clear and timely, and Lola has always been happy to answer questions or arrange viewings around my schedule.

Cairds were possession and responsive throughout

Luke has recently helped me with buying my first home and I would absolutely recommend him. He was communicative and helped me through the process. Luke was keen to assist with any queries I had and I don’t think it could have gone any easier!

Lola from the Cairds Epsom branch is exceptionally polite, knowledgeable, and clearly well-informed about the current market. She consistently keeps me updated, ensuring I’m promptly made aware of any new properties that become available. Her thoughtful and proactive approach makes the entire process feel seamless and well-managed.

Gavin Newton at the Ashtead office of Cairds Estate Agents has impressed us with his knowledge, enthusiasm and energy to take on helping us sell our property. He is easy to get hold of and very approachable, we look forward to working with him over the next few months.
Highly recommend

Gavin Newton Sales Manage
Ashtead Branch.
Can Highly recommend give him a call!
He is very calm and consistent.
Tried his best to keep the momentum positively moving into the right direction.
Wasn’t an easy sale selling leasehold when dealing with incompetent conveyancers.

I also would suggest anyone selling or buying leasehold go with Cairds recommended Conveyancer
And Get the job done SAP.
Everyone wants to move on with their lives not stay stuck months on end because of incompetent conveyancers

I recently had a fantastic conversation with Lola from the Cairds Epsom Branch regarding the renters reform- she answered all questions I had promptly and gave me more of an insight on how this going ahead supports renters. Although move in date for a property I liked online was too far in advance- I will keep an eye out on properties that are listed that I like with a sooner move in date

Thank you Lola

I dealt with Luke at Cairds, and just through a couple of conversations I found him to be incredibly helpful and knowledgable. He cuts through a lot of the usual nonsense you can get in this industry, and seems like a genuinely nice person. Was a pleasure to deal with him.

The team at Cairds, especially Oscar and Lorraine were fantastic in keeping us informed along the way, they were always polite and very helpful .. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Cairds for others to use

I recently bought a property through Luke and have been very impressed with the service I received. He was always available to support my queries and concerns and was excellent at progressing the purchase, liaising with solicitors and the vendor as required. I would highly recommend Luke and Cairds to anyone looking to sell or purchase a property.

Thank you to Georgette and team at Cairds for their help, informative and highly professional!

Sathees is always friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Any queries are quicky resolved and his communication is excellent.

Bought with Cairds and dealt with Luke, who was super helpful, knowledgeable of the area and quick to respond with any queries we had. He was also very accommodating with follow-up viewings and chasing up the solicitors.

Would highly recommend.

Having dealt with many agents in the past, Cairds have been amazing with regularly keeping in contact with me and my partner. Chris specifically has updated us everytime a new property comes onto the market! We would recommend him and Cairds as a whole to anyone who does want to be looked after.

I have recently been searching for rental properties around the Epsom area and Chris has been super helpful with keeping me regularly updated on the houses he has coming to market. Although we haven’t secured a place yet, dealing with him as been great.

Lola recently told me she had joined as an estate agent, and after dealing with many while searching for a home, I can confidently say she’s the best I’ve come across. She provided excellent service throughout—highly recommended.

Lola is truly exceptional. She consistently goes above and beyond, responding to emails even outside of working hours. Her strong work ethic, reliability, and proactive approach set her apart. As an estate agent, she demonstrates impressive knowledge and professionalism at all times.

If you want a top estate agent who responds rapidly- ask for Lola.

I rented with Cairds in Epsom for 2 years and the experience was pleasant. The property manager Sathees was very helpful and responsive whenever things needed fixing, or when I needed help with negotiations with the landlord. Their contractors were efficient too.

Had a great experience viewing a property with Christian Pickett. Really professional, easy to communicate with, and made the whole lettings process smooth and stress-free. Always quick to respond and happy to help with any questions. Would definitely recommend!

Christian Pickett was showing me around a property I was interested in and I was incredibly satisfied with the level of care and passion he showed, he was very informative and even though I didn’t end up going through with the deal, Christian made the whole experience very pleasant!
