The best part was how comfortable it felt and how my consultant answered all my questions, gave great advice and how she calmed my nerves by walking me through each step. I absolutely loved my last visit!

Cacti were offering a hydro dermabrasion facial special, so I decided to do it. Elle, the therapist was very professional, she explained what she was doing. I found it a very relaxing experience. My skin felt amazing after I had had it done, for days afterwards.

I went for an eye trio appointment,
It ended up being incredibly relaxing. I’m very happy with the end result and the service I received, from walking in the door to the end, thank you.

I had a course of 10 caci facials over a course of 4-5 weeks. I took several before photos hoping for a positive outcome. Sadly there was no discernible difference in my face after. My eyelids and jewels and neck were simply no tighter or lifted in anyway. I think this a bit of a gimmick which really doesn’t fulfil its promise

Ambience was relaxing staff professional and friendly very clean facilities and Treatment was worth it.

Team very friendly and welcoming. Felt comfortable knowing what to expect from the experience as I have never done before. Relaxing. Pleasant farewell and next appointments booked! Professional friendly team.

The experience I had with Caci Clinic in Rotorua was top! I don't do alot of self-care beauty regime as I have sensitive skin, but going into Caci Clinic in Rotorua, I felt at ease and comfortable with the two staff who attended me. Knowledgeable, patient and very natural in their customer care. They took the time to explain what they were doing with my skin and why and the facial was absolutely heaven. I left feeling confident and uplifted. The price is worth it.

Easy to get to, beautiful space and very welcoming staff. Very knowledgeable and listened to my concerns and recommended affordable products to use for my skin concerns.

Love the Healthcare plan - and great that you can pay small increments each week towards it. This is my first time having a facial/facial plan and im really looking forward to seeing how my skin improves.
