Hadn't got my boiler serviced in several years! They went totally above and beyond what a standard service involves but didn't charge any extra. Proper old school friendly service. Great value - will definitely use again.
Excellent friendly service on the service day and support also in replacing old dryer. Also price was very competitive and all round great job on first visit.
Left me waiting without heat for 2 months in cold weather because they accidentally broke a 10 euro part during the boiler service.
They have also given me very over priced quotes for works I was later told that I did not need done.
People work hard for their money, and its hard to gather by for the regular person like me. But its easy money for them.
The best in the business. Boiler fixed on the same day that I called them - managed to fit me in as it was an emergency. Top drawer service from all involved in the company. Aaron is an expert in his trade. I feel fortunate to have come across Cabinteely Gas - I'll not be using anyone else in the future.
Never arrived for a boiler service and when I called to find out I was told he was delayed and when I explained I had taken a morning off work and tried to re arrange the lady got rude and just asked if I wanted to cancel!!!!!!!I had said if he called to let me know I could have re arranged things as I had waited 6 hours. Dreadful customer service. Very undependable . Could not recommend and would not recommend.
Unfortunately, Cabinteely Gas have failed to leave any kind of good impression. A booking was made maybe 3 weeks ago for a simple boiler service. A 6 hour window was provided as to when they could be expected on the day. When I called the day before to confirm the booking, I asked if a more specific time frame was available. For some reason though, this was not possible.
It seems they believe their time is more valuable than their customers', as they can only offer a 6 hour window within 24 hours of the appointment, for what is likely only a 30minute job.
When the scheduled time finally arrived, no word was received, no call was made, and our boiler remains un-serviced.
Complete waste of our time, efforts and energy. Not in a million years would I recommend these people. AVOID AVOID AVOID. Find anyone else for your job, and you will most likely have a much better experience than we did.
