Not recommended
Unfortunately, the transfer has still not been credited to my account since October 7. I have also contacted your customer service team several times, requesting the transaction reference number, but unfortunately, no one has responded to my requests.
This situation has seriously raised concerns and doubts about whether I should continue working with your company and consider investing a significant amount of money with you in the future. I am questioning whether it would be wise to proceed with a larger investment given the current lack of communication and transparency.

هلا اخوي عبدالمجيد ، مبلغك طلع من عندنا من تاريخ ٥ اكتوبر الساعة ١ و ١٧ دقيقة ظهرا وارسلنا لك صورة اثبات التحويل والرقم اللي تراجع فيه البنك تبعك فالمشكلة من البنك عندك وليس من عندنا والله عز وجل قال مَّا يَلْفِظُ مِن قَوْلٍ إِلَّا لَدَيْهِ رَقِيبٌ عَتِيدٌ .. صدق الله العظيم ، فلا تتهم الناس وتشوه سمعتنا بغير حق
BXPRO has been one of the worst brokers…
BXPRO has been one of the worst brokers I have ever used. Customer service is very slow, and it often takes hours to get a reply to even a simple question.
The copy trading feature was the biggest problem. Mistakes in copy trading caused me to lose a large amount of money, and despite raising the issue, I received no refund or compensation. On top of that, the commissions are high compared to other brokers.
I do not recommend BXPRO.

The copy trading system is provided by your IB , and BXPRO does not own or operate the automated trading bot you used.
If you are dissatisfied with its performance, you can stop using it and choose to trade manually. Errors attributable to by bot should not be presented as errors caused by BXPRO.
If you believe there was an issue with execution on our side, please provide the affected trade details so we can investigate.
