I made an order which included various T-Shirts in a size 2 XL, when I looked at the invoice one of the shirts was marked XL. I had only place the order 2 minutes before contacting the company about this error. I was told they could not change the size because it had already been sent to the warehouse. I was told I would have to send the item back to be exchanged for the right size. Also I would have to pay for the postage. I cannot believe they could not fix the issue straight away and to burden me with the postage costs is unacceptable. The customer service department seemed very blase about the issue.

I have been customer for over a year, recently they have been sending damaged stock, t shirts with holes in, stains on the t shirt and today I did a stock check on an order. I don't usually check what's in the box as I trust they will send the t shirts I ordered, however I now realise I should with this company as I was 7
t shirts short. On the delivery note it says they are boxed and checked but they are not in the box.
I've been sent t shirts that were not what I asked for in the past and I really don't understand why the service has got so bad recently. I've already found a new supplier and if these guys don't get there act together I won't be doing any more business with them.
Unfortunately this review doesn't allow me to send pictures or I would upload the t shirts they sent with holes, stitching coming apart and stains on, all on different orders.
As I write this note I'm wondering why I'm even buying from them .

I don't normally write reviews for retailers especially when the orders are relatively trivial, but I've now placed 2 orders in the past month with BuyTShirtsOnline (testing blanks for my merchandise business) and on both occasions service was out of this world. It's like these guys set out to exceed expectations, both times the despatch was ridiculously fast, the items were well packaged, and the order was received impossibly quickly well ahead of the quoted timelines. The most recent order was placed just before 5pm on a Friday and was delivered Saturday afternoon. I'm not even sure how they manage it!

After requesting a quotation for 180 t-shirts earlier this year, the original quotation was honoured. I was rather dubious about paying the full amount up front but I needn’t have worried. After providing artwork for the embroidered logo, an example was emailed next day. From approval to delivery was just over a week. My finished t-shirts look and feel fantastic! I’ll use this company again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. All Communication was prompt and helpful. Thank you.

I just wanted to say how amazed I am at the service provided! I ordered the T-shirts yesterday afternoon and they were delivered at lunchtime today. Brilliant service.

I can’t believe the quality and the price. Haven’t tried my t shirts on yet but just had to leave a review as the quality of the t shirts are fantastic for the price. Also the whole process from buy to delivery was 2nd to none. Fantastic all round!!!!

This is my 2nd order from you guys and very impressed with how easy it is to place orders online and the delivery times are spot on! I only ordered Saturday and recieved my stuff on Monday.
Only strange thing was my order of 6 items came in 3 different packages which is odd but they all arrived together.

From start to finish, The communication has been at a very high standard of professionalism, the quality of the clothes is amazing for the price, I went for cheap to start to ensure my requirements are met, now I am more than happy to make more purchases. The colour of the threads and design layout is perfect, I would not hesitate to recommend

This is my first order from this company, hoping that I would have a great relationship with them as I start my business but I'm off to an absolutely awful start. I had placed an order and it was split into 4 DPD packages, one arrived and the invoice stated it was a "tank top", which I'd ordered, but the item that had arrived was a hoodie. I did not order a single hoodie in my whole order. I raised this to Alan who was on the live chat, who ignored my query and sent me 3 tracking links. I already had these. I sent photos of the wrong item and the invoice, and he did NOT apologise once for the inconveience, until I pointed out that he hadn't even apologised for how much I'd been messed about. He said he can't do anything until all of my other parcels had been delivered "in case there are issues with the other items". I couldn't believe it!! I'm beyond mortified with this whole experience. I understand having to wait for the rest of my parcel to come, but I should've immediately had an apology, and somebody should've actually read what I'd put in my query before attempting to respond to me. Shocking customer service, the worst I've had to deal with.

I've been buying products from BTOL for over two years and I have always been happy with the service they have provided me. There garments and bags have helped me to establish my small creative business. Thank you also for a great customer service.

I placed an order recently, and was delivered an incorrect item. I contacted BuyTshirtsOnline, and they agreed to send a replacement. Even though I had followed the sizing measurements, the items didn't fit correctly, so I said to not send the replacement, as I needed to send a couple of the items from my order back. I received a reply advising how to return my items, and how I would need to pay for return postage. I replied and just said I thought this was a bit unfair, as although I understood I had declined the replacement, they would have incurred costs to replace and resend the item, and that perhaps in this circumstance I could be compensated for the return postage cost. The only way I can describe Alan's reply was an adult tantrum. He very abruptly informed me that I declined the replacement so i'd need to pay for the postage, and then a few minutes later I received an automated email saying my order had been refunded. No explanation, no instruction, no information about what had been refunded. I left it some time to see if Alan would reply to let me know what he'd done / what I still needed to do. I didn't receive anything so I sent them an email to ask what happened / they needed me to do, and Alan replied and said he'd refunded the incorrect item and I still needed to return the other items. However he failed to communicate this at any stage. I run a business myself, and sometimes it's wise to just look at the bigger picture, use your common sense, be reasonable, not throw your toys out of the pram, and remember customer service matters above all in business.

Ordered some T shirts from this company which offered a good delivery service. Order was looking all good until DPD messed the delivery up. Telephoned Buytshirtsonline customer service and their response was first class i could not fault their reaction. They sent out my order again and it was delivered the next day.You judge a company on their response when things go wrong and they where outstanding. I will definitely use them again and have told my family and friends how good they are. The T shirts are just what i wanted excellent service.

I don’t like leaving reviews until I’ve used a company long enough to know they are good. And I have to say Buy T-Shirts Online is fantastic! One of those companies you don’t have to chase up or call they just do a job really really well and at great prices! Ive been ordering shirts for a fair few months now and highly recommend them.. one of my fav companies of the year so far! Keep up the good work - your awesome!

I placed a last-minute order for customised aprons, and the team went above and beyond to accommodate my request for a quicker turnaround and delivery.

They responded to emails promptly and sent me a mock-up for approval within two days of placing the order. The final products arrived within about a week and looked absolutely perfect — high-quality and very professional.
