Absolutely horrendous customer service. The guy, Richard, I dealt with was not one bit apologetic or helpful, really. He wasn't one bit fussed whether I, the paying customer, was happy or not! The paint I ordered didn't come in the correct color! I had previously bought the actual sample, and he tried to say there was something wrong with my sample. So I then went and purchased the actual paint elsewhere, which showed it was the same as my sample. He wanted me to paint the paint they sent me and the actual correct paint on a piece of paper and post it to him, which I did. It got to the point I said forget about it as it was ridiculous. I would not recommend this company at all. Don't waste your money! Money down the drain.

Paint can damaged, paint clearly in the packaging box, unusable. Sent a photo of the damaged can with the lid off and paint leaking out. They stated, "the photo did not show enough damage, and so we will not send another tin of paint".
Poor packaging and poor response, paint unusable and no refund or exchange.

We live in Spain and ran out of a colour we brought with us. I phoned the guys and was able to order the same paint to finish our job at the house. Absolutely delighted.

If you live in Europe and need some specific paint, order from these guys. It only cost €9 to get a 5l delivered within a week.

Fantastic customer service , brilliant paint and very speedy delivery

I purchased specific types of paint online, before realising they were not the right paints for me, one an old Crown colour and the other an old Dulux colour we needed to match our existing decor. Buy paints on line were extremely sympathetic and helpful on line. They were easy to contact and phoned me several times to support my needs. The lady I spoke to not only understood the issue over the phone but also without me asking researched on line and advised me of the name and addresses of the nearest Crown and Dulux stockists to my home. I found this so very helpful and kind, an excellent service provided spontaneously in addition to the prompt no quibbles refund for my mistaken purchase. Very reassuring efficient and professional service, I would recommend this company to anyone purchasing paint!

Terrible experience from start to finish - still waiting to be reimbursed £39.99 for a tin of paint that arrived severely damaged and leaking. Packing used around the tin was woefully lacking and to be honest i'm not surprised it didn't last the journey. DPD just dumped the tin at my front door when I was out at work and did a runner looking back on our CCTV footage. Not only was this way off the agreed delivery time but the tin was in a terrible condition. Buy Paints & Interiors Online agreed that this was not acceptable and stated they would reimburse my costs. Needless to say I'm still waiting over two weeks later. Not impressed!!

Update: money received back from Paypal.

5star service, I ordered Farrow and Ball paint eith various accessories at unbeatable prices and it was delivered, securely packaged with DPD in an unbelievable turnaround time. I will undoubtedly order with Paintonline.ie again.

My paint was delivered undamaged having been well packaged with the lid taped and clipped to prevent leakage. The paint was promptly dispatched but I have to mark down a point due to longer than expected delivery. The website indicates that Fedex two working day delivery is used however my paint was sent by Evri and the package sat for three days at the senders local depot so my two day delivery actually took five days.

Needed some paint to touch up my kitchen cabinets, the colour match was absolutely perfect & the quality of paint was spot on! Quick delivery & service, thanks so much

Absolutely brilliant service. I needed a Crown colour that had been discontinued but thankfully they had the colour on their system, I couldn’t believe it as I had tried other companies with no luck.
Customer service was excellent, so helpful and they knew what they were talking about! The paint was delivered 2 days after placing order. Colour is perfect!

Paint delivered within 48 hours as promised. 10 ltrs was £20 cheaper than my local supplier. Will use again.

Utterly useless, NO covering power at all. Expect to apply multiple layers to get ANY sort of coverage of a lighter base coat. It took 6 coats to cover a white door. I know from experience that a normal oil or water based paint would have made a BETTER job after just 3 coats. Worst paint I have EVER used. Complete garbage.

Avoid at all costs. The use Fedex as a courier, who pretended twice to have tried to deliver, when I was here waiting for them and no one came. I complained to Buypaintsonline, and they are TOTALLY OBLIVIOUS to the fact it is their responsibility that the goods are delivered to me. They were asked to contact the courier to make sure they had my phone number so that they would call if there was any issue. They could not care less. APPALLING SERVICE.

PS: In their reply to my review they say they are "always happy" to help with delivery problems. Yet they had done ABSOLUTELY NOTHING and that is why they got this negative review in the first place. Totally empty words.
Also, I told them if I experienced more inconvenience because of their lack of action I would seek compensation in court. THIS is the "abuse" and "threats" they refer to. Shame on this despicable people, who think enforcing the law when my most basic consumer rights are infringed on is "an abuse".

Ordered paint from Ireland on Sunday. Order delivered from Northern Ireland and arrived on Tuesday morning at 10am. I'm amazed with the negative reviews on here. Fantastic service.

I placed an order two weeks ago and I have not received my order. They charged my credit card but will not return my voicemails or respond to my email.

What a great company to deal with. My email asking if the paint colours I wanted were in stock was answered immediately. My order was dealt with straightaway and was delivered as promised two days later. What more could you want, I wish all online companies were as efficient as this one. An excellent experience and would thoroughly recommend

What a great experience from this splendid company. Not only did they have the paint I was looking for (was proving almost impossible to track down elsewhere) but it was delivered the next day and went on like a dream. I ordered two Crown Indulgence emulsions. They look great on and the equipment cleaned up quickly and easily. Would definitely recommend and I’ll definitely come back when I need anything similar.
