Top class and excellent service
Despite single 2x1mtr sheet of Zintec order it arrived strongly packaged and delivered fast. Ordering process was simple and straightforward and priced so competitively that I couldn't find better. Would recommend this company to anyone else involved in fabrication work irrespective of project size. Top class and excellent service, well done!

Good Customer Service Post Disappointment
I ordered a large magnetic board to display photos at the celebration of mum's life. It was a late order but I was assured that it would arrive in time. Unfortunately, it didn't. The courier service just didn't deliver (literally...). The four star review is not for the product. It is for how Buy Metal Online subsequently dealt with a difficult experience. They acknowledged the distress this caused, and tried to make amends, not always a given with customer service.
