Thanks for your feedback.
DHL were unable to get your order to the Isle of Wight in time so was delivered the day after. Deliveries to the more remote parts of the UK are more susceptible for delays. I am very sorry for the delay and hassle this may have caused.
Thanks again for letting us know about the mis-matching items. As per my email, DMT have taken it upon themselves to update the handles and packaging to which, we were unaware of. Again, I apologise about this. We'll update the listings ASAP.

Superb Customer Service Experience
I am giving 5 stars mainly because of my superb experience with Buy Brand Tools' Customer Service department.
There was a problem with the product that I had purchased but after I had spoken with Scott at Buy Brand Tools he resolved the issue very quickly and kept me informed at all stages.
Based on my experience I would feel very comfortable recommending Buy Brand Tools to anyone.

I can't knock the service from ordering to delivery apart from I had to pay £7 postage because they had allowed enough, which I wasn't happy with, will think twice about using again,
