Where's my order?
Order stated 2-3 days delivery. Confirmation stated 2-3 days delivery. Should of arrived yesterday.
Haven't received dispatch info or correspondence from courier so there clearly is no intention to deliver soon.
Nobody responds to emails or answers the phone either it seems. 1600£ that should of been spent elsewhere.

We aren't open at the weekend hence the delay in responding to your emails and why we may have missed your call/s.
You've ordered a large wet cutter which is different to the smaller goods we send out. It has to go on a pallet therefore the (free of charge) economy service for this, is 2 - 5 working days. This is denoted on the listing of the machine.

Great Company, great products
I've been looking without success for a taller pair of lawn shears to replace my old ones These Bahco P47's are four inches taller and much more able to cope with thick, heavy grass. Some reviewers found them heavy but I'm an under-weight 80 yr.old and have no problem so long as I pace myself.
Ordering them from Buy Brand Tools was straightforward, and they arrived two day's later so I was able to use them at once. 5 stars all round.
