My experience with your website has been unsatisfactory. I will not be returning to your site. Despite your website displaying complete parts, I have received incomplete items on multiple occasions. For instance, when I purchased a drive shaft, the picture showed both ends with rubber couplers, but I only received one without one. Despite my efforts to negotiate a refund, including offering a 50% discount on both couplers, you refused and demanded that I return the shaft. I repacked the item and sent it back through UPS. However, I soon discovered another website that sent me the shaft with both sides equipped with rubber couplers, as shown in the picture. I strongly advise my friends to avoid purchasing from BUYAUTOPARTS.

These people are liars and I can't post my whole review because it cut off at 200 words however be very aware of them they lied took my money still shipped tha part after I called for a refund February 18th told me wait 3- 5 business days and I was waiting for a email for 24 hours like they told me lied and today received a email that I thought was about my refund then later go another 1 and they had shipped tha package now I gave to drive 30 miles to a UPS place ship tha mats back then have to wait for a refund whenever they decide to send it so this process it long drawed out that's started on tha 15th and now gonna take probably yo more weeks so a month which 3 representative lied to me about a refund and still shipped tha package I'll never look at this bs site again and damn sure wouldn'

Bought rear half shaft dodge challenger, one was damaged when I received it, probably from ups delivery, return it with no questions asked, received replacement, wrong axle. Returned it waiting on refund,

Found my part. Confirmed it was the correct part by chatting with someone there using their online chat. Got free shipping. Got to my house in two days. Direct fit replacement. All good!!!

I purchased 2x Drive Axles for my Benz B250 Electric. The product description said BRAND is BuyAutoParts and had a BuyAutoParts product number as well.
However, once I received the package, it turned out to be a Trakmotive product which I could have gotten at RockAuto at exactly half the price! Had I known it was a Trakmotive product, I would have NOT bought it from BAP. I have been deceived. Shipping to Sri Lanka costed me 175 USD. The customs charges came to USD$300. I could have saved at least USD 250 if I had bought it at RockAuto.

Don't do business with these guys. I've been buying parts and working on my own vehicles for two decades now and this is easily the worst experience I've had. They're more than willing to simply let you hang in the wind after they have your money.

My order was quickly processed and shipped. The mechanic did not need all of the parts, and they immediately sent a return shipping label.

Easy to use. Fast customer service. Parts delivered on time, undamaged, correct, and good quality.

It was very easy to use and they have some hard to find parts. the price was right also.

Waited 2 weeks after ordering a drive shaft only to find out they didn’t have one. Unanswered emails and out sourcing the customer service didn’t help!! Still waiting on my refund. Do waste you time. These guys are posers. This isn’t a part store, it is a know nothing company outsourcing it employees from India and the Philippines and sell Other peoples parts and Products.

I order a rock and pinion for 2017 tahoe they charge me for the core $250 and they tell me when they receive my core they refund my $250 but instead of that they refuse to refund my money because was not working and was broke in side and of course when you change for a new part that because it is issues on old part they keep my $250 for the core and keep the old part they scam me never buy again from this BAP,PLACE I SPED$1655.36 Not recommend this website big scam !!!!!!

I received a very proffesional service from BuyAutoParts.com from de begining.
They had a problem with their website while I was trying to make the purchase, my phone rang and it was a guy from the company that helped me continue with the purchase.

The first package was lost by UPS and they imediately sent a replacement.
The mechanic installed right away with no issues.

Very pleased and highly recomended.

Definitely will purchase any of my auto needs with them.

This is a scam business.
I purchased a steering rack confirmed by a person and by their website that it will fit my wife's Acura MDX. I took it to a Honda dealer to install it. I agreed to pay for labor only $742.50. After more than 4 hours, two technicians and the shop supervisor they informed me than the steering rack does not fit, so they put the old one back. I asked BUYAUTOPARTS to reimburse me for the labor $742.50 and they REFUSED. I trusted their product will be a match - but it wasn't. Besides this my wife could not drive the car for more than 10 days (waiting for the another steering rack), as it had a REJECTION sticker on the windshield for State Inspection. I had to order a REAL part from a real website selling OEM parts and had to pay again for labor to install it.
I have all the Emails and Demand to pay letter sent to BuyAutoParts to prove my experience. They disregarded my demand and refused any reimbursement.
AGAIN - DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE...THEY SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO SELL ANYTHING ON-LINE! I will send formal complaints to all federal and state agencies and expect to SHUT THEM DOWN!

Great Price, Great delivery, Great Product.

I needed a rack and pinion device for my 1999 Corvette. Chevy no longer manufactures that part. I found a remanufactured unit for around $1,600 dollars including tax and shipping (but could not refund the core). BAP had the same part for around $950 including the tax (with YES! a $400 refund when I shipped them the old core). BAP refunded $425 total within 5 business days after I shipped the core. BAP also provided the UPS return tag. Translation - Free return shipping for the core in the original shipping box!!! This was a truly rare display of prompt and professional customer service. I never write reviews but I’m honored to say, “OUTSTANDING JOB.” FIVE STARS PLUS!!!

bought a driveshaft for 434. payment went through for a confirmation number. they send me an email saying they out of stock and clearly they weren’t cause i checked. so i went back on the same site for part had plenty in stock and they doubled the price. i called and chatted with their employees and they said that their website prices aren’t what they are that they will fluctuate when u purchase. I said over double. it’s was now 1114.00$. they a scam . do not buy from these people and this was business to business. They did not care . i had to return my customers money because of their bad business. If u de a price on their site beware cause it’s not the right one. they didn’t even try to make it real get as i would have done. people like this seem to stay in business and the good businesses fail.
