Buy Jeans Recensioni

Excellent customer service, very helpful and product arrived very quickly

Bought these jeans and had them altered, you wouldn’t know that they were, such a great fit, what a professional job.

This company is a breath of fresh air. I have worn Levis 501 for many years. Firstly, probably most important is, these jeans are 100% genuine. and reasonably priced and that is without alteration. I ordered a pair of Black 501 but needed an inch tailored to reduce the length to 29 inch instead of my usual 30 inch that I would normally buy due to surgery that had change my normal size. I rang and spoke with a lady to explain this so there was no confusion as to what I had just paid for. I can't praise enough how courteous and professional understanding this Lady had in our conversation. I received the jeans quicker than expected, on inspection of the alteration work, I can only say that, this craftsmanship is as good as it gets. This company is now , Bookmarked and I will only order from them. I highly recommend that if you want quality, the buy from.... Buy Jeans. J Mc D

Buy Jeans is a great company courtesy of their communication via emails. I ordered some wrangler jeans for my 26th Birthday tomorrow and first I was told that they won’t be delivered on time. After contacting the company I was emailed by Becki and she was super helpful and reassuring that I will get my jeans delivered on time. I was even offered a free shirt which I thought was a very kind gesture. Thanks to buy jeans I’ll be wearing my new wranglers tomorrow ready to rock n roll. Thank you, thank you very much

My original purchase was affected by an inventory issue which, if you have worked in retail, you know is an inevitability. They sorted out the problem in a friendly fashion showing patience and generosity and the willingness to help that you don't often get with internet companies that you have to deal with at distance. The ethics of the staff, their attitude towards customer relations, product quality and value for money left me feeling very happy with my purchase. I will be a returning customer.

Easy company to deal with. Great customer care if any issue arises . Communication and transparency excellent. Would highly recommend

I was looking for some new Jeans and decided to try Buy Jeans. What a fantastic decision I made. Everything I ordered fitted perfectly and the price was amazing for Brand named Jeans and T Shirts. I will be recommending this company to my friends and work colleagues. Great service and quick delivery. They will even adjust the leg measurements on the Jeans for a small fee. Mine fitted perfectly so very happy. Give them a go you won't be disappointed. 😁😁😁😁😁

A great company selling quality jeans at really competitive prices. Put together with superb customer service, it's well worth giving them a try for your next pair.

I always buy my jeans from Buy Jeans. I'm quite tall, and still usually, my size is in stock. I don't have to wait long if not. Great service and competitive prices.
I wish they could get some extra long shirts. Very few companies cater for tall people with long arms!

Excellent service top quality product and delivery is unbelievable so quick. Would highly recommend this company for service ease on the web page. And speedy delivery. One word for this company excellent

Have dealt with this company for some years now. Their service is excellent from start to finish and their goods are the best quality. I hope to continue buying from this company.

First time ordered from Buy Jeans but definitely won't be the last . Excellent service , great communication from them and tailored jeans arrived quickly and fit perfectly.
Can't fault them , so nice to find a good company, highly recommend.

The Buy Jeans Site is easy to navigate either by brand or sizes & style. Found it easy to locate the Wrangler jeans I was looking for. Used them before prices are very good. Virtually every size avalable & very prompt delivery - Will use again

Great company & very good service and delivery. I have lost a lot of weight and needed new jeans, I ordered but "forgot" to specify the alteration for inside leg. When I noticed this I emailed Buy Jeans and they responded with-in 2 hours and arranged the alteration for me, 2 days later the jeans arrived. Very good service.

I was searching for a specific product when I found their web site showing the exact make I was looking for. The price was right and so I placed my order a few days before Christmas knowing that I would have to wait. I was given an expected date for delivery and my parcel duly arrived. Stupidly, I had given them the wrong size and needed to return the items for exchange. Again, I was given a date to expect delivery and my exchange arrived accordingly. Throughout the process I received the best and friendliest communication ever experienced and I totally commend this company for the quality of the staff and their customer service. A great example of how things can and should be done. Bravo.
