Buy Jeans Recensioni

Very professional online retailer with an excellent website and prompt service. Quick delivery too!

Really nice company to do business with. Very pleasant people. Its pretty rare I think for online businesses to make you feel like you are actually important to them, but Buy Jeans actually makes you feel like a valued part of their business through the whole of the purchase going beyond to do right by their customer. Top business!

Excellent quality. Excellent customer service

Order didn’t arrive as planned but you know what…

I got really nice apology email explaining - no excuses, full refund (which tbf I didn’t ask for and would’ve preferred just to wait for it to have arrived as you can never have too many pairs of jeans lol).

So, whilst didn’t get the item as planned company were really proactive in sorting, explaining what happened and a bit of an apology.

Based on all of this - I will order again and give the company another go as appreciate things don’t always work out as planned. I do think it’s the way companies respond that makes a difference. I appreciate that and reckon supporting smaller companies who even get it right when things aren’t quite right are worth supporting and another go. Obviously, if the next ones a disaster I’m off to Amazon lol.

Excellent service, I ordered on Sunday, delivered by Tuesday !
Fantastic value for the jeans I bought, I also got extra discount for Father’s Day ! My dad loved them.
Great communication from the team, I’ll definitely recommend and will be buying again. Thank you

I've been chasing Diesel Zatiny (boot-cut) jeans at a great price for a little while now. I think I might have found my new summer, go to......for all all things jeans! Ordered Sunday afternoon, delivered Tuesday morning. Great service, great price from the Buy Jeans team. Will definitely be back for more. Keep up the great work BJ.

I ordered a pair of Wrangler jeans thinking I was slimmer than I actually am! So I emailed and got a quick response ,telling me no problem as soon as they receive them back they will dispatch something that will fit😂 Nothing was too much trouble and it’s a great company to use
Thank you

Excellent service and communication, will definitely use again

I’ve been a Buy Jeans customer for quite a few years, which gives an indication of how satisfied I am with the company. Excellent range, competitive pricing, loyalty points and excellent service mean I’ll be back for more.

I have purchased my jeans from you for many years now and have never been disappointed in the service, quality and price. Thoroughly recommend.

very quick service,, 100% recommend

I’ve been using buy jeans for about 8 years and every single time I get exactly what I want, I get a 31” leg and get them tailored to that length and you can not see the stitches and never had any issues with them. If I could give more stars I wouldn’t hesitate

First time using Buy Jeans, very impressed with prompt service and delivery. Will definitely be using again. Jeans arrived in perfect condition and all sizing was spot on

Ordered for my husband ( fussy ) and he was very pleased with his jeans for work.
Easy to order and delivery within a couple of days.
Brilliant

A1 seller, good quality products and speedy service. Well done to all. I will buy again.

I have used this Company for many years for a particular item and have always received excellent service. I would definitely recommend.
They deliver promptly in good quality packaging. If the item is not in stock at any time they keep me regularly updated with expected delivery dates and any other necessary information. No complaints.

Brilliant customer service — they informed me that one of the two pairs of jeans was out of stock, and when I asked if they could send the next size up instead, they were very accommodating and even enclosed a return label in case they didn’t fit. Excellent experience throughout.

Very well priced Diesel jeans. Quick delivery and much better priced than most other sites, very happy with my purchase!

Excellent company, accessible friendly humans to speak to, not chat bots or annoying hiding of e-mails and contact numbers from customers. Good prices and products, fast delivery, tailoring service and an easy to navigate website. I have used them many times and will continue to do so.

I have an inside leg measurement of 29” you try buying a pair of jeans at that size ,but here’s the best bit,I can buy a 34”w x 30” inside leg pair of jeans from buy jeans and I can get them altered with my choice of stitching ok I pay for this service but at least I can wear these without the hem dragging on floor and ruining the jeans, I would recommend buy jeans
