Best nursery and very, very friendly people. Taking care of my baby 10 star

All of the staff there from the manager to the chef are involved and know my child which makes me feel happy. It is a safe and clean environment and the staff are always doing fun activities and seem to have a good bond with the kids.

Amazing nursery all the staff are very caring and supportive. My son started in busy bee reading international when he was 11 months old he is now 3 years old he always was difficult to be with another person he just wanted mom ,but all the team make him feel at home and happy they give him the emotional suporte and safety that he need was difficult at the beginning but they never give up on him and that changed everything he is really happy and is always excited to go to nursery

My son has absolutely flourished at Busy Bees Reading International! All of the staff are incredibly kind and they make learning fun. I couldn’t recommend them enough.

Having an app to inform parents is a good tool to have, especially for parents of babies. The staff are friendly and caring. The location is ideally located to M4 junction 11, which is super convenient for working families in the area.

I would say the facilities need to be updated to match the climate conditions and investment required for additional staffs. The nursery has under floor heating but no air conditioning or coolers for the heatwaves and my child has come home completely exhausted from the heat. Which isn’t healthy and funding needs to be provided to make changes for a more comfortable environment in the summer months.
Unfortunately we have had to leave due to lack of availability for extra days. This inflexibility can become an issue if the nursery is not able to fulfil the needs through recruitment.
I’d like to see more modern features like sensory stimulation rooms for babies. They recently turned one very small room into a sensory room but it lacks the sensory stimulation that would otherwise be used.
The parenting app needs updates to allow two conversations between parents and nursery.
Training needs to be invested in to improve the support given to unsettled individuals to settle.

The team at Busy Bees Reading International has taken excellent care of my child (she started at 9 months) and she has shown significant progress in her social and developmental milestones. Would definitely recommend busy bees 🐝

My son was really emotional the first two weeks , he didn't want to stay at all .
Now he is asking me even the weekend time why he is not going . He is really enjoying and I see great develop.

Busy Bees Reading International is the best nursery in whole of Reading! Very kind and safe place for kids. My daughter is going there and she loves it. The staff are very professional, patient and welcoming. The director Zina is there any time you need help, my daughters key worker Aneeqa is very lovely and wants to get the best from every kid. Food is very healthy, always according allergies and dietary preferences of the children.

A truly excellent child care facility for babies up until pre-school. My son started at 2 years and 10 months and now he is 3 and 4 months. His vocabulary has expanded substantially, he is able to recite his alphabet, colours, shapes and numbers. Furthermore, his social skills have widened too . The manager Zina is fabulous, welcoming and very accommodating. The staff are carefully selected and their expectations are high. There is an online app, whereby all meals, nappy changing and photos are uploaded. My son is now toilet trained and I’ve been working with the staff to ensure my son thrives . I totally recommend this establishment, friendly staff and organised to suit children with educational and special physical needs.
