Work centred around sorting my mother’s estate following her death last year. Everything was dealt with empathetically and efficiently. I was particularly grateful that the team afforded me time to meet face to face when I had queries and above all were good listeners and gave clear answers and advice. I built up a good rapport with them which made things a lot more reassuring. Work began in Aug 23 and I asked for additional work to be done in conjunction with the main activities as I was impressed with the service; the files were closed in Nov 24.

We were not looking forward to updating our wills and arranging LPA's. The whole process was simplified by the detailed explanations and help received whilst completing the relevant documents. The points raised during discussions enabled us to consider details that would otherwise have been overlooked. This was done in a friendly and helpful manner which made the whole process much easier than expected.

Buss Murton Law (BML) represented us in the sale of an investment property where we were the final component of a chain, with our buyer extremely keen to purchase and us equally keen to sell before the UK Budget so, basically, it was a high pressure situation from all sides. BML managed to complete the sale in the desired time without exposing us to unacceptable risks, dealing adeptly with some unreasonable requests from their counterparty solicitor. Since 2019, this is the fourth property transaction that BML have represented us on in a professional matter and they will be our first port of call for our future property matters.
