We approached Business Rescue Expert after speaking a number of other liquidators, and their initial response was timely, informative, understanding and thoroughly professional. Corinne in particular made the whole initial process so much easier to bear. With a family business that was on its knees, and us trying to do manage the best way we knew how, we had unknowingly created a situation we needed help with. They listened, understood and were the only company that did this, and they then provided a solution, that yes we had to make sacrifices to meet, but my goodness it was better than the alternative. I required help with a business that had no choice but to become insolvant, sadly. I turned to this company for help. I was told they would help me every step of the way, it would be easy and they would keep me informed along the way. I felt reassured by the many phone calls I had after showing an interest in their company. Unfortuantely this was not the case. As soon as they had me sign on the dotted line, I got no further help, no communication from them. I had to chase for any information. It has taken a year so far! Then to add to the stress of it all, no phone call from the insolvancy people, not email. Wham a letter from a firm of lawyers asking for information or a massive amount of money within a month. Nothing from the practitioners firm, nothing from this company, nothing from anyone at all! I feel I was absolutely left to hang out in the cold and nobody gave a damn as they had the money. I can't express my anger at the Terrible service. Avoid at all costs.
