The customer service in this company is fantastic I was very pleased.

This was true to size, and not small and strange like many online pop up shops. I order four dresses and have already worn three of them with compliments on all three. They are pretty, comfortable and flattering (for a middle aged mom body that doesn’t want to look as frumpy as I feel).

Good quality product. Will order again

Dresses fit well—I bought 3 styles in size small and I am happy with them. The dresses are stylish and reasonably priced. This was a good buy since the styles are a little different for me so I wanted to try something different without spending a fortune.

I ordered 4 dresses from Burora and was somewhat happy with the cheap polyester dresses. Hey, you get what you pay for. I decided to order 4 more. Upon arrival of the second 4 one of the dresses was completely different from the one in the photo on the website. One of the other ones fit horribly and I cold never wear it. I contacted Burora and they offered me $8 as a gift and to keep the dresses. I won't wear them and put $70 worth of dresses in the donation box. Please don't buy from this company. Their customer service is horrible and they don't accept returns.

The items are beautiful, some the sizing is way off, so I had to give my dresses away as they fit way too big.
The process to get the product to me was very long, it took forever. Would I be ordering from them again, absolutely as the pieces I purchased are stunning and very versatile. I just wish that the items did not take forever to get to me.

The shipping took a lot longer than I expected. Once I received the package I was disappointed in the quality of the material and the color as well.

The products are not as they are listed (they are all polyester!) no fabric blends, very cheaply made, basically see through. Do not buy.

Loved all 3 dresses, wished they shipped quicker, but worth the wait and I was kept abreast of the shipment status through frequent notifications. I appreciated that. One dress I had ordered was no longer in stock and my credit card was promptly refunded. I would and will order again.

Everything was delivered as ordered. Delivery time took a bit longer than expected, over two months. The quality and look of the items exactly as expected and good response and communication from the company about the status of the order.

Beautiful dresses that can be dressed up or down. Fit to size and very light material.

Two months to receive 3 items even though billed when ordered. Of course, nothing fit and quality was horrible. I am now FIGHTING with them for a return label (which will probably be to China and cost $30). They want a picture of the items that I opened for 3 minutes then carefully repackaged. Then they offered 10% back! SCAM SCAM SCAM
