Great service. Extremely fast delivery.

Some of the stitching was loose on the back of the stickman, and other than that it seems an adequate toy, nice material. Delivered promptly.

The gift hamper was delivered quickly, and the recipients of the gift hamper thought it was lovely.

The customer service is fantastic with this company, I messaged late on Friday evening about an issue with delivery outside of their control. They replied straight away, got in contact with the delivery company and even offered to re send another item. You don't get customer service like this these days. Will certainly not hesitate to buy from them again

I found a super new baby gift that for a change wasn't blue, grey lemon or pink.!
Read the 3 to 5 day shipping and thought that was delivery time scale but 4 days later still not dispatched so asked to cancel.
This was sorted within a few hours so full marks for speed, just a shame that I expected faster shipping and had time constraints.
Trouble is you get used to Amazon's delivery speed.

I had ordered a beautiful baby hamper from Bumbles and Boo for a colleagues baby Edward.
Edward’s mummy opened the beautifully wrapped gift yesterday and was so happy with the gifts inside!
Unfortunately there was a piece missing.
The team at Bumble and Boo have been amazing and responded to my email about the missing piece immediately and are sending the gift out today! Great service all round and I will definitely use them again.

Ordered a hamper bundle to be delivered to a friend up north who has just had a baby. Although I’ve not seen it in the flesh i have seen pictures and it was a beautiful delivery. Wrapped really well and beautifully presented and when opened it was equally beautiful inside. This was the first time i have used this company and i and my friend were extremely pleased. I would absolutely recommend if looking for a gift for special occasions. You can also trust it to be delivered beautifully which is equally as important when having direct delivery.

This is the second time I have bought from this company. I'm going to be a Granny for the first time and the beautiful gifts that are available on this site are a perfect special treat for my son and daughter in law. I will be purchasing again in due course.

I would just like to say Bumbles and Boo do the best baby hampers and products....it was well loved by the recipient.
I would just like to offer a small suggestion regards the online ordering.... I had a slight problem and also response to communication needed to be a bit faster.... if that is looked into it would be a fantastic place to order baby gifts.
Despite all that the company were very generous in their recmompensation and quick to resolve any such problems.

Bumbles & Boo - A Review 😶‍🌫️

Around 1 year ago, I ordered a lovely gift box for our baby due later that year as a present for my partner. The gift box was gorgeous and there are many available which I would highly recommend👌🎁

But the point of this post is nothing to do with the quality of product - it's to do with the quality of service 🏅

As part of the gift box was a personalised comforter dinosaur 🦕 which my son, Albie has had since birth. He has slept with it every night and loves his Albiesaurus. (I'm sure you can work out why he was named as such!)

Last week, as I was roaming around the Trafford Centre, I came to the worrying conclusion that we had lost him and that he must have been thrown from the pram. I backtracked and asked around but no joy, he was gone. 🥺

Whilst depressingly eating a BarBuritto 🌯 I looked back through my emails as I couldn't remember where he was from. I found and revisited Bumbles & Boo and was gutted to see that the gift box with this dinosaur was no longer being sold - sad times again. 😢 after guilt buying a duck from Mamas and Papas we made our way home.

Quack Quack (the name of the duck) 🦆just didn't allow our disappointment to subside. My partner emailed Bumbles & Boo to see if they still had the dinosaur, more in hope than expectation.

They came back promptly ⏰️ with the news that they had 1 dinosaur left! Amazing! But how would we get it? Pay for it? Did we need to buy the whole gift box again? Surely it won't be personalised...

Well,Emma from Bumbles & Boo surpassed all expectations 👏 she advised that it could be personalised and would be sent out free of charge ☺. She even followed up to make sure it had been received which it had a few days later. 💯

There are always opportunities that present themselves which allow businesses to make a choice. Bumbles & Boo have brilliantly demonstrated that they know 'Why' they exist. It's not just to make money, it's to provide joy to babies and families and I think that's worth shouting about. 🍼

I have now ordered two new born baby hampers from Bumbles and Boo, I wouldn’t go anywhere else for new born and mummy gifts. They are a little slice of luxury and love! The products and hampers are very high quality and such good value for money, you can just tell so much thought and attention to detail has gone into the hampers. Both recipients have been absolutely overjoyed with the gifts, and felt absolutely spoiled.
