Great customer service

Great customer service. I was having second thoughts about the size I ordered the day after I placed my order. They let me cancel and reorder in the correct size. The signs arrived sooner than expected and they look great! I would definitely use this company again

They Made it Right

I ordered some signs in advance of event, but a few days after the shipping arrival date came and went without any updates, I realized they had been lost in transit. I contacted Build-a-Sign and they helped make it right. They asked if I would like a full refund or would like a reprint at no cost. I informed them of the short time window I had and they offered to expedite the shipping so that it would arrive in time. Incredible customer service.

Editing an item in your cart

We had to change the stand on a retractable banner that was in our shopping cart. It wasn't obvious how to save the change from the edit page. We figured out that we just needed to page through to get back to the shopping cart, but if you're editing something in the cart you should be able to change the option and hit save instead of going back through the preview and add to cart pages.
