Hi Josh, we have no record of you having ever used us. We have also not received any communication from you at all via email, and we do not have a chatbot on our site? I have a feeling that you may have us mistaken with another company call BudBros HHC. Please can you contact me at info@budbros.uk so I can look into it and help you resolve the issue. Many thanks, Dan

I'd give budbros 3.5 Stars.
I got 3 CBD zkittlez vapes (first time buyer). They were delivered promptly, the CBD is of good quality and the smell/taste is nice. The first vape lasted well and I was happy with the product, however the second vape stoped working not long after I had started it and I was unable to get it working again. To be fair the vapes were on special offer and a good deal. I'd give 3.5 stars as the first and third vapes I'm happy with.
